Review: I feel that Frozen Ropes did not live up to their part of a fair service by labeling my daughter as a rebel and denying her the right to play as the other children, meanwhile continuing to take my money.There was an incident on the field in which my daughter could not hear what was instructed and she was thrown out of the game by the Frozen Ropes coach. She asked WHY was she being thrown out of the game and was told to not ask WHY and that they needed to set an example and used her as the example. Going forward she was labeled as a rebel by the entire organization and not allowed to play except for a small amount of time. They continued to label her as was bought out in parent meetings and in coaches conversation and did not give her a fair chance. They continued to take our money and would have continued till this day until we caught on to what was happening. We were forced to leave because of the unfair treatment of my daughter and her being labeled by the owner and coaches of Frozen Ropes as a rebel when in fact she just could not hear what was said. My daughter was distraught, confused and tremendously discouraged as much as I tried to encourage her. I felt that her being used as an example was wrong and that she had no future in Frozen Ropes and would always be labeled as a rebel, when in fact she could not hear correctly perhaps because of the surgery she had a few years back when she had a multitude of [redacted]. I am appealing to the Revdex.com to please intervene on our behalf and have Frozen Ropes refund me all the money I spent on her to be part of the team. I believe this is a defamation of character, a breach of contract for not delivering fair services while I continued to pay monies for her.Desired Settlement: I would like Frozen Ropes to pay me back all the money I spent for my daughter to be part of the team, $1000,this is the money that I had invested with them.

Review: My 3 year old son signed up for an "all sports camp" at Frozen Ropes for 5 days at a cost of $99. In the company's advertisements on their website, the camp promised to provide a snack, water play, experience with several sports and a variety of activities, including arts and crafts. However, the camp did not provide snacks, arts and crafts, water play or a variety of sports. The children were herded into thin narrow pens and made to wait ten to 15 minutes for a chance to hit a baseball, they were expected to perform tasks that were above a three year old skill level, so my son became discouraged and bored very quickly. They were made to walk a high track around the building in the hot sun and told how to use exercise equipment suited for adults while the "coach" checked his cell phone. At no time were the coaches interested or motivated to try a variety of sports and the small enclosure made it impossible for them to run. My son refused to continue on the fourth day and would not return for the fifth.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of my $99 purchase price credited to my debit card.
