Review: I had reserved a birthday party for my daughter in march 2013. I paid for the entire party on that day $102.00.The party was for June 14, 2013 at 6p.m. I had to talk to the owner on a month before the party to change the date to June 15, 2013 because my daughter had a sleepover with girl scouts that night. The owner said it would be ok. On the 15th of June a parent arrived early to find out they didn't have my party reserved. I arrived the talk to employee said didn't anything, so she call the owner at home so I could talk to her. She reply I forgot about the party but said I could still have the party. She would order the pizza for the party for me from [redacted]'s three cheese pizza. I paid for Pepperoni pizza and additional ten dollars for extra pizza suppose came from Sams.The kids didn't like the cheese. We worker called her back she was I'm sorry I have already went in the hole on the party. The worker told me I needed to paid the rest of the deposit paid for the party in full. The service was not good, I didn't have a hostress for the party had to do myself,only had one worker in the store.The worker was nice was sorry what had happen to me. She had to work inside,but bring cups out for the yogurt.I will trying to have a nice party for my daughter 10th birthday.I want a refund no excuse I paid 3 month adavance.Desired Settlement: I didn't receive the right pizza I had order [redacted]'s was cheaper. I should of had a hostrees for the party,instead of me serving my on party.She call back to tell the worker I needed to paid the rest of my party.I had paid for the whole party.
