They closed her case because she had gotten work done on her home home after the stop order

We made several attempts to come over there to gather the debris in the crawl space, however there was no one thereWe can set up a day and time to stop by to gather any remaining debris left by our company in the crawl space once again. As far as the crawl space window, our company did not
utilize it for any reasonIt was already in the condition it was in prior to the start of the jobWe explained to the customer that we do not handle siding and it was not in the contract to replace the pieces in question, that we could recommend someone to him to no availWe did not damage the siding , all we did was remove the old metal railingsIn regards to the new rails, once they were complete, a picture was sent to the customer with no complaintsWhat's listed above is what we will be willing to do

A majority of this complaint is falseI stand by our previous statement that the customer is upset that I did not go before the zoning board with her for a varianceWe were informed by the inspector that we need not be present because we were not the home ownersI informed the customer of that and kept her informed about everything she alleges she had no idea aboutThe customer had every question answered that she askedThe patio was not part of the original contract and we were never paid for it because she stopped payment on the check after the work was completedI never told her that if her neighbors hadn't called the inspectors that we would've been "in and out" because as per our conversations with every customer, it is always spoken that it would take, give or take, about a week, and per the contract, it does state it would be done in a timely manner, weather permittingWe did inform her that we didn't need a permit for flat work because at that time it did notEverything was fine up until they told her that the next zoning board meeting wasn't until a month laterWe were still on board to complete the job once that was taken care of and that way we could retrieve the permitWe never left the property in a hazardous manner, we made sure we put up caution tape as we do on all of our jobsWe put a board down so that there was no safety issue when she walked off the porch even though she had informed us that she uses the side doorThe customer left her dog in the house because she knew we were coming overWe took on the job unbeknownst to us that there was a feud going on and were put in a very hostile environment which only got worst when she saw my partner having a conversation with neighbors she did not get along withWe got questioned by the inspector on seperate occasions and when we were approached about work being done with a stop work order, it was only on work that he had approved for us to doWe had to pay for excavation, stone, debris removal, and concreteThis was a very hostile environment for our company and our employees because one of her neighbors threatened violence because the machines were making too much noise even though the noise ordinance is until am M-FThere was consistent alcohol induced arguments and it made the whole experience volatileThe customer in turn got the work illegally done by another contractor even with the stop work order on her homeIf she got a security system put on her house, it was because of the tension between she and her neighbors to the left of her which is why she wanted the parking pad because she told us she felt like they were messing with her carWe should've heeded the signs because we started not to take the job but she wore us down with her persistanceWe also lost a customer she recommended to us because of her slandering our company to her, so bad to the point that we gave her her deposit back before we even started the jobShe started to become very nasty with us and wr knew that it was due to the person the recommended us to herThe whole situation was unfortunate and definitely an eye openerAnd for the record, our company opened in The Revdex.com, site states because of a previous DBA with my partners name on it, which is no longer in businessI do have paperwork to back up that Pro Image has been opened since Thank you

We made the customer fully aware as to what was going on. I kept her in the loop about everything. These accusations are slanderous and defaming. Our company has never shown any form of disrespect to the customer. Yes, I did inform the customer once there was a stop order that she had to go downtown...

for a variance. She wanted either myself or my partner to go with her but we were told by the same inspector that it was something she had to handle. Ms. [redacted] became irate at that time and started bad mouthing us to her neighbors and friend that she referred to our company. We did not know that we needed a permit for flat work, it had just gone into play in 2016 per the President with the licensing board per a  complaint she filed with them. We have not gotten any reply to them and even during the meeting she disclosed that she had went ahead and got it done (parking pad), with the stop work order on her property. We could not complete her steps or wall because the inspector to us that she had to get the steps completely redone because they were separating from her house house. We were put in a very hostile environment by Ms. [redacted] due to her feuding with her neighbors to the right of her and being screamed at by her neighbor to the left when facing her house because the company was still there. Noise ordinance is 9pm and even though we explained that to Ms. [redacted] to relay to her neighbor, she apologized several times as if we were in the wrong. It had gotten so bad that the neighbors she was feuding with started trying to argue with us as well. When I was sitting with Ms. [redacted], one of the neighbors she was feuding with was talking to my partner and she became so infuriated that she started to question me as to why he was talking to them in which I replied, we aren't nasty to anyone. All they were doing was apologizing for giving us a hard time. I never told Ms. [redacted] that we were trying to get in and out if we told her that the job was going to take a week. Also, I made her aware when we were there and if she got security cameras, its because she was rehabbing her home and paranoid about her neighbors coming to her property. We complied with her with waiting to start the work when she got off work but were also told to do what we had to do and just let her know. We were very attentive with her and because of this situation again lost a job with her friends because of her slandering us. We have only been in business since 2014 and I have records to prove it. The delay in time was due to the stop order and due to this situation our equipment was stolen from her property. The inspector came out twice because they got another call stating that we were do illegal work but we were only doing what he told us we could do. When we told her we were pouring concrete, she said ok. There was no issue until I told her we didn't need to be present for the variance. We were still going to do the job afterwards. She added a patio on and never paid for it, she stopped the payment on the check, so we were out all the way around. I am now awaiting a call from City Hall in regards to the matter.

They closed her case because she had gotten work done on her home home after the stop order.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  Inspector M[redacted] described Zandra as aggressive and hostile and described Marcus as a fast talker - The response from Pro Image displays an accurate description of their personalities. Please find attached, a zip folder with files verifying all accounts of my complaint.  Regards,  [redacted]Zip File attached again along with Printscreen of original submission  Friday, September 15th - I will also send via the Revdex.com e-mail address
