I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined the following:1- FRS has paid the settlement amount in full but they were ignorance in responding to my complaints through Revdex.com, the reason for their negligence to reply has put them in this difficult situation, its been three years.2- I will not respond to the allegation of who is lying and who is misrepresenting, but a very hard and tough measures will be taken legally if we receive any more threats or unprofessional communication from FRS or its owners in the future. 3- The settlement amount covered part, but not all, of the expenses, and we agreed to accept it and take a lossIF FRS try to manipulate the information then we will make sure they get hold responsible for all the cost. As of today , the settlement amount they paid us satisfied the issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #*** BUT this is contingent that no more threats, accusations and harassment letters or complains from FRS or its owners. My acceptance to close the complain is contingent as explained above. Regards,
