Review: I had sent three (3) boxes containing personal effects and other goods (amounting to more than $1000) through this business on April 2015. My family has NEVER received the box since then. I paid $300 for the boxes not including the goods inside of it. I have tried calling their New York office and I had my family get in touch of their office in Manila. But nobody seems to know where the boxes are. Also, no one seems to pick up the phone lines when I call. I had made a phone call to their company around August and one of their employees had said that they moved to Staten Island and my box will reach the Philippines sometime by the end of September. This never happened.Desired Settlement: If the boxes could possibly reach my family that would be great but I would appreciate a counter compensation.

Review: I have used their service to send packages to the Philippines and they packages have not been delivered yet. I can't reach them on the phone and they are not answering my calls or responding to messages I leave.Desired Settlement: I would like to ensure that packages are delivered or be reimbursed for the charges.

Review: I am the daughter of the victim (Ruth Navarro), who passed away last Oct.** 2015 and this is one of the reason her health was severely affected which ended having a heart attack. On June **, 2015, my mother went with this company to have deliver (4) boxes/freight door to door to her sister in the Philippines and never arrived. It contained clothings, food, small kitchen appliances (which she saved up the money for a very long time working as a caregiver), and some important documents. We tried calling the company but was told that they closed down. They' re also have various locations in [redacted], and [redacted] which we tried getting help or any info but were told that they weren't connected with that certain office in NY. The freight are nowhere to be found or traced. I would greatly appreciate any help from your part and I really felt this is at least all I could do for my mom.Desired Settlement: Trace our 4 boxes/freights, company explaination, and either return or deliver our 4 boxes

Review: This company does ships international.They picked up our four packages here in [redacted] going to Philippines and until now still our family haven't get any of the packages.It used to be 2 months that will arrive in Philippines now its been 4 months and we haven't heard from this company if where are our packages.My mother strips to check her blood sugar because she is diabetic is in that box, that is why this is so important to me that the package get to them.So if they steal the items they should give us our money back!I've been calling them even of their other branches and no answer not even an answering machine.They have a branch also in [redacted].A branch in [redacted] and FRS FREIGHT SHOP ONLINE and it's still active to scam more innocent people who wish to send packages (balikabayan) boxes to make their family happy in Philippines.The president of this company is Alejandro A[redacted].Hope to find an answer.Desired Settlement: We want our money back not only the fee but also what's in the boxes!

Review: A care package that was picked up from my house on April **, 2015 by FRS personnel to be shipped to the Philippines has not been received by the addressee/ recipient up to this time. Phone calls to FRS (###-###-####) were not returned, and lately the phone number is no longer in service. FRS has also vacated its office at [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want to know what happened to that care package, and I want it delivered to the addressee/ address it was supposed to be delivered

Review: 9 balikbayan boxes picked up from March 2015 to June 2015, not delivered yet, I have been calling their office, no answer, no forwarding phone no.Desired Settlement: As long as the boxes are delivered properly.

Review: Shipment did not arrive at its destination.

We shipped 2 boxes of goods to the Philippines in MAY 2015 and It's been over 3 months (2-3 months is the usual delivery date) and the shipment still has not arrived at its destination. I used to call and someone would answer and reassure me that it is coming but now they are not picking up the phone. Phone number is ###-###-####. I need to know what has happened to the boxes shipped.

I have a digital copy of the receipts if needed.Desired Settlement: To have the goods delivered (need proof of Shipment invoice so we can follow it up in the Philippines) OR return the boxes to me so I can ship them using a different freight service.

Review: Right now, I'm one of the victims of FRS FREIGHT SERVICES here in [redacted] New York for non delivery of

my 3 boxes of [redacted] bound to [redacted]. My 3 boxes were pup on July 2015 knowing that it should

be in Manila in time of my vacation so I could give all those items to my relatives and personal use. The last contact with them was in October and was advise that it is on the way.After a week of fup and even asked my sisters in NY

to call, we do not have any more informations about the whereabout of said company. I have even email

mr. Alejandro Arce who is the owner without respond.

I would like to find out how can I get hold of the owner.

Review: I've sent 3 boxes to the Philippines using this company. One in March, one in May, and one in June and none of the boxes have arrived. Each of the boxes contains different sorts of household items, all weighing in average of 80-100 pounds. I've spoken to them a few times about the status of my shipment and each time they gave me the run around. Now they don't even pick up the phone and I've tried other locations and the other numbers have been disconnected. I've emailed them to inquire about the status and I never received a response. If at all possible I would rather get my boxes returned to me along with the fees I've already paid. If the boxes are unreturnable I would at least like to know where they are and when will they arrive. I would also like to know in the event that those boxes are lost and not found how do I go about compensation.Desired Settlement: I would rather have the boxes reached its destination

Review: Paid $160 on 5/**/15 for pick up for two boxes to be shipped to the Philippines and was to arrive by 8/2015. I called FRS in August 2015 and was told freight delivery was delayed and was shiipped out June 2015 and would arrive by Sept 2015. I again called FRS in Sept 2015 to confirm delivery and was again told that delivery was on the freighter and would arrive the second week of Oct 2015. Once again I called in Oct 2015 to confirm delivery and got no response; the phone rang for a long period of time and the only thing that was heard was [redacted] music (singing) then into long pause. I continue to call Oct [redacted] and ** and has spoken with a female agent; from that point onward there was no more verbal contact afterward.Desired Settlement: 1. Refund for shipping and content of both boxes if lost or misplaced.

2. If both boxes are found and can be delivered would be appreciated

I had used FRS Freight services for many years. Recently I had a problem with the delivery of four balikbayan boxes that I sent to the Phillipines. The first two were sent in May 2015 and the third and fourth boxes were sent in July 2015. By the end of October 2015 none of the boxes had arrived in the Phillipines. I started to call them in August and the lady that answered said that the boxes were on their way and would be received by the first week of October. It is now November and they have not arrived. When I went to the Woodside address, the storefront was closed and the neighboring store said that FRS had been closed for some time. I am very dissapointed and I warn any of you that are thinking of using this business to not send any boxes through them. They have not even had the decency to contact me or their other customers about the problem.

Review: I paid FRS business on April 2015 when I sent a BalikBayan Box package that was supposed to go to the Philippines but up to now there is no information where the box package is and the FRS business in no longer in the [redacted] location, the business telephone number "has been disconnected and no further information". I want to know (1) how I can recover my box package, or they need to deliver the package back to me or to where its sent to (2) if they are in bankruptcy court please give me location that I can file my claims from them, I have receipt. Review: FRS Philippine Freight Services Inc picked up the box/package from my home address last March **, 2015. In the previous service transactions with them it took 90 days to complete delivery service. As of today, November *, 2015 , 215 days had passed and they have NOT delivered the box/package. I have called their office numerous times. In the beginning, I used to leave a message and they will return the calls. In the last 60 days they have not returned or responded to my calls. They have 3 telephone numbers. First Number - is not in service anymore. Second number - will say "please leave a message" but they do not return my calls. Third Number - is just a music continuously playing.Desired Settlement: Respond to our calls. Deliver the box/package. Finish the job.
