As of today, I have received a refund of all that is due to meOne small part, $was paid by my bank because the bank said it was too much trouble for such a small amount to dispute their handling of a refund to my accountThe rest was refunded as of todayAlthough they have finally refunded all that is due to me, I will no longer have anything to do with FRS, a company that is careless in production of its product, whose shipping department made several mistakes in my case and whose customer service department is simply not customer-oriented

Hello,
Thank you for providing that information. I contacted the warehouse and had them track the return down that connected with that number. I apologize that they had not reported it sooner. The refund had been applied so please allow about 9 business days for it to appear on your account. This charge was for $117.74. As you can see in the attachments, we have made refunds for 3 of the 4 orders listed. If these refunds are not appearing on your statement, please contact your banking institution because as you can see, we have done all we can on our end.
The fourth picture is FedEx tracking that states that the order was left at your front door. I would like to speak to you regarding this order. Can you please provide the best phone number to reach you? I believe the number I was given is disconnected.

As of today, I have received a refund of all that is due to me. One small part, $20 was paid by my bank because the bank said it was too much trouble for such a small amount to dispute their handling of a refund to my account. The rest was refunded as of today. Although they have finally refunded all that is due to me, I will no longer have anything to do with FRS, a company that is careless in production of its product, whose shipping department made several mistakes in my case and whose customer service department is simply not customer-oriented.
