This is completely inaccurateI stand by my previous statementThis was a dealer to dealer to transaction and did not even involve a sale to an individual in the public

RESPONSE TO COMPLAINT *** *** (a used car dealer)that owns StLouis Style Auto purchased a bus that was sold as is/no warranty as a dealer to dealer transaction with *** Auto CompanyThis was not a sale to an individualThe title was assigned from *** Auto Sales to StLouis
Style Auto*** (St.Louis Style Auto owner) stated in his complaint that he had text messages from Fruendly Auto Source that he was told the bus had air conditioningThese text messages do not exist and were never writtenHe has been unable to produce the text messages. *** purchased the vehicle from *** Auto Company NOT Fruendly Auto Source as the title clearly shows. When StLouis Style Auto sent someone to make payment for the vehicle to *** Auto Company he was instructed to drop off the check at Fruendly Auto Source for the vehicleStLouis Style Autos driver arrived with a check that was incorrectly made out to Fruendly Auto Source( not the dealer that sold the vehicle). In order to save his driver a trip and make the transaction more convenient for him we did not ask him to go back for another check and agreed to accept the check and in turn Fruendly Auto Source would write a check to *** Auto Company for payment. Fruendly Auto Source never owned this vehicle and the title can verify thisThe only tie to this dealer to dealer transaction was that we accepted the check written out to the wrong dealershipOur name never appeared on the titleHowever, *** St.Louis Style Auto continued to harass Fruendly Auto Source to be refunded his money for the short school busAt Fruendly Auto our reputation is important so, we purchased the vehicle from him even though we were not the owner of the vehicle when sold just to resolve the issue and stop the harassment*** stated that he would contact the Revdex.com and resolve the complaint and has yet to do soFruendly Auto Source spoke with him on 12/20/and he again stated he would resolve the complaint and has yet to do so
