Review: I paid the law offices of Fruitman law to sue my ex-wife and I paid [redacted] $1000.00 to do just that. [redacted] is a Lawyer of Fruitman law. When I kept asking for updates on my court case I would just get a run around. I never got any phone calls back and no one replied to my many e-mails. When I sent an e-mail to [redacted], stating that if they could not file or show me some form of progress in 2 weeks; I wanted a refund. They cancelled me as their client and kept all of my money without doing what they were paid to do. Despite numerous requests for a refund or at least a receipt I have only been met with silence.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back. I will never get the money I was supposed to get for sueing my ex wife because they didn't do their job. The least I can get is my money back from this lawyer that was too lazy to do his job in the sum total of $1000.00. The amount he was paid to do a job he never did.
