My experience would be that of an employee for thirteen years. Upon my becoming of retirement age my job duties were assigned to another employee. The Company lacks a moral compass when it comes to their employees and fair practices.

following components: Service Charge: The service charge covers the costs of reading meters, preparing and mailing bills and notices, repair and maintenance to the water system, as well as other fixed costs of providing serviceIf a customer uses a minimal amount of water during a billing period he is still required to pay these fixed monthly costs*** *** has a one-inch meter so he pays the one-inch service charge of $per month or $every month billing cycle. This is the largest portion of the bill.Usage Charge: This is portion of the bill related to how much the customer consumes. PUC Surcharge: This is a portion of every bill (1.5%) that goes directly to our regulatory agency, the Public Utilities CommissionSRF Surcharge: This is a surcharge to repay a year, no interest loan to make upgrades to our system Power Cost Fee: This is a surcharge based on consumption to recover amounts in the Purchased Power Balancing Account which is used to record under collected power costs. Review: I [redacted] being a customer for 44 years with Fruitridge Vista Water company about four months ago my bill was $76.00 and then two months ago was 87.00 a month. I went down to their office in Old Sacramento and paid $87.00 bill. I then told them that I wanted a meter installed. Which they did. My new water bill was for $80.22. How can it be when it is just my wife and myself. I go to the every other day to work out and shower and something I share my front and rear lawn is complete dead for lack of water.Desired Settlement: I want to know what the PVC surcharge, water usage, SRF surcharge are for.
