I have never had this much problems with anything I've ordered online. I was so excited to support this business and now they've lost me as a client.
I placed only one order of soursop and was charged 3 times on my credit card.
Can't get my refund back because they chose to give me the run arounds.
And now they are trying to say I subscribed for the other 2 orders.
I will NEVER order from them again and will advise my friends to be careful.

However, after reviewing your order, it looks as though you did sign up for bold subscriptions to receive a medium box of soursop every 1 week. We would like to advise you that the only way a subscription can be made is by the customer, not us, FruitsNRootz. We did not charge you 3 times on purpose, it was because of the subscription that you made at the time of checkout on May 22 for order #XXXXX.

On 6/05/2020, you were refunded for your 2 additional recurring orders #XXXXX and #XXXXX totaling $252.34. Also, we advised you that refund taken 3-5 business days, so did your bank. We have already emailed you in regards to this and included attachments for your record. The attachments include the credit card information where the refund was sent to, the authorization of you placing your bold subscription that enrolled you in weekly recurring orders, and the refund notification email. Paid nearly $200 for fruit waited nearly 2 weeks and received 2 boxes of garbage! Nets and rotten fruits. Took pics and video and contacted immediately! No communication no refund nothing this is exactly why u can't support blk business

I ordered fruit a month ago paid for 2 day shipping. I still haven't received my fruits, a refund, nor will the company correspond to reimburse me.
I placed an order for a friend for a seasonal sample box. The order number is XXXXX and was supposed to be received via 2-day FedEx shipping which was shipped 05/27/2020. It's been almost a month and my items still haven't been received which is very unsatisfactory. Fruit goes bad quick, which is also very alarming. It's also very unprofessional to not even have a customer service number to get updates on my order. I need my items fresh and delivered by the end of the week or need my $165 refund

Desired Outcome

I want my $165 refund and the fruits to still be delivered at the company's expense for the inconvenience. Also I advise they need to get a customer service contact number

I'll happily accept getting my full refund.

I originally ordered my fruit from fruits and rootz back in February. I ordered a detox box, yellow dragon fruit, soursop and seamoss.
I received detox box, yellow dragon fruit and sea moss. However my soursop order was lost. I went through so many different things to prove I did not receive. Once providing proof Fed Ex delivers me some bad fruit months later once package was found. Fast forward today 6/11/2020 I receive my replacement fruit and it's one piece of fruit in a box and guess what I can't eat this because it's bad.

Refund I've been going back and forth with this company since March!

We have gone ahead and reviewed order #XXXXX. It looks as though the soursop that was purchased is a taste test box. Below our products, we have product descriptions. There, it states that the taste test box will contain 1-2 pounds of fruit. Therefore, what is received is the amount of soursop that weighs up to 1-2 pounds.

As per our refund policy, it requires customers to reach out within 24 hours of receiving the order with pictures. The customer has not done so.

However, we will go ahead and issue a refund for the soursop taste test box (39.99), as per the customers request. Please allow 3-5 business days for the payment to reflect on your behalf. We apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused.

I never received my order (tracking shows it was never delivered). And the company refuses to respond to my emails or give me a refund.
I placed my order # XXXXX on 4/15/20 for seasonal fruit basket for $70 (paid via Apple Pay). The company finally sent the basket on 4/28/20 via FedEx and I received the tracking number. I never received the basket. The tracking still shows delivery is pending (even now) so I called Fedex and they said they destroyed the basket. According to Fedex, the package was ruined and destroyed because it "wasn't fit for delivery". I email Fruits N Rootz to tell them this and they said I need to file a claim with Fedex. I called Fedex and they said I couldn't file a claim, the sender is the one who needs to file the claim. I relayed this message to Fruit N Rootz and this is where their communication stopped. I've followed up several times and no one has responded to me and I have not received a refund. Fedex tracking #: XXXXXXXXXXXX

I just want a full refund. I want nothing else to do with this company.

A refund was processed and I consider this issue resolved.

On May 2nd 2020 I purchase an order number XXXXX. I only received half my order. This company won't refund me nor respond to me about said issue.
Number order 4533 payment for $116 credit card ending in 4884

I received 2 boxes of rotten and smashed fruit from the company. After sending dozens of emails about the product, the company still hasn't responded.
I was really excited about ordering fruit boxes from them. I've seen them all over social media. A lot of celebrities praised their fruits so I decided to order a box. It took a week to arrive from the day I ordered which isn't too bad. When I received the first box, there was little to no variety as I had seen in the boxes that they often post on social media. That wasn't the worst thing though. The problem was that most of the fruit in my box was inedible. They had over ripened and could no longer be eaten. Before I received the first box they had a sale so I purchased another box at a cheaper price before even receiving the first. Huge mistake!! Their website says to reach out with 24hrs of receiving your box is your fruit was one led or damaged. Over the past week and including the day of receiving the first box, I've been sending countless emails, DMs, commenting on their posts and not a single response. Today I received my second box and my fruits were completely smashed! They typically put protective sleeves on their fruit when shipping. If you've seen their posts or box reveals, you'll see all the fruit in protective wraps. My fruit was not protected and was smashed and is not inedible. Having been sending so many emails and no one will respond to me. They respond to comments about people wanting to purchase boxes, but ignore me when I have a legitimate problem and I've given them my money twice!!! I sent them a bunch of videos and pictures. I'm so incredibly disappointed and angry with the lack of decency and horrible customer service.

I want my money back and I would like for the company to take responsibility for all the people that have the same issues that I've had. They have horrible reviews just like mine on yelp.

However, due to temperature variations and the way shipping handles our boxes, it can cause some items to degrade. Also, we have been receiving an influx of emails in which we are currently working on to get back to each and every one of them in the order received.

Because you did not provide an order number for either of your orders, we are unable to refund you at this moment. There are no orders or emails in our system that are under your name. This company sells Fraudulent products, customer service is horrible because they don't respond & shipping took 30 days. Don't buy from this company
Let me start by saying that in no way am I here to slander anyone's name, but this company is a fraud. FruitsNRoots advertise everyday that they sell Real organic fresh veggies and products. In my case they haven't came through with theses claims or "real" anything. On March 15th I've purchased 8 pounds Of Sea Moss & 3 bags of Soursop Tea bags. Reminder that these items are to be organic & real, this wasn't the case. I'm a businesses owner thats buys and sells Sea Moss, so I'm very familiar with this product. As far as the Tea, that's a unknown as well, but due to the nature of the tea I cant be accurate about the source and if it is really organic or real. Ok then we have the shipping, that took almost a month and it wasn't until I contacted PayPal about them not sending me any tracking number or any type of feed back on my shipping. FruitsNRoots decides to send me a tracking number a week later, but I was still skeptical. I waited to contact PayPal, but after trying to contact them 3 times with no response, I felt I had no other choice. At this point I'm 2 weeks in an no response from FruitsNRoots. I explained to PayPal that the company wasn't messaging me back & that I no longer want to do business with this company. I wanted a refund, because I've read reviews and even on the Instagram account you can clearly see multiple complaints about this company. I didn't trust them any longer at this point and I wish I never bought anything from them. See there is a difference in between organic grown and pool grown Sea Moss. It's like the difference in OMG foods and Organic foods. I dont sell OMG or fake food. I advertise organic products only and sell only organic. I'm out 330$ something bucks dealing with them. I have real Sea Moss and what I received looks nothing like the real Moss. Hopefully I can get a full refund and they can have these fraudulent products, because I cant sell this to my customers. Picture added and you see the difference. Atlanta Gold has Real Organic Sea Moss. In the pic the Company bags are next to the Moss it belongs to. Thanks & buyers beware.

When we go ahead and send out a tracking number, it is because we have created a label and therefore, the product is about to be on its way. The delay in receiving your order was due to limited flights from Grenada due to COVID-19. Also, we have been receiving an influx of orders in which we have to fulfill in the order they were made.

To confirm, we do not sell fraudulent products and we do not sell only organic products, as that is not something we advertise. However, our sea moss is wild crafted from Grenada.

Worst customer service ever. They took my online order, charged my card $181.27 immediately, sent me a bogus tracking number to a shipment that was never sent or received. Now I've been emailing them, reaching out on social media & no one responds to give me an explanation or a refund. If I could give ZERO stars I would

I've placed an order with Fruits N? Rootz since 1/12/2020 and my order has not been sent out yet. My order number that I received from the company is #XXXXX. This is a company claiming they sell organic exotic/tropical fruits and herbal teas.

I received my tracking number on Wednesday, 1/22/2020 stating my package is shipped with an expected delivery date on Friday, 1/24/2020 by 8:30 PM. I tried tracking but it won't give me any additional information as to where it's located besides their location in Miami, Florida.

I've contacted FedEx and was told the shipping label was created but they weren't called to pick up the package. I've tried contacting the company through many phone calls (305-610-1010 & XXX-XXX-XXXX), emails (***@fruitsnrootz.com) and social media messages (their Facebook page and Instagram page) as to where they do many advertisements and posting daily. No one ever responded to any form of contact that I made to help resolve this issue.

This is my very first time ordering from this company and spent $146.81. I ordered the medium soursop box and one bag of soursop tea via FedEx 2day, FedEx. I'm hoping this is not a fraudulent company scamming customers. They claim they take part of the proceeds to give to charity to children in DR Congo but can't speak to anyone. They have horrible customer service!
