I washed my car at Red Roof Auto Wash on January 30,When I was leaving I heard a soundI opened the door to my vehicle and noticed the hose that I used to rinse the car off with ripped the Spoiler off the back of the carI spoke to two men who worked there about it, and they didn't say anything or show any concern about the incidentI could tell that it did not matter to themI have took the vehicle to my insurance company (Progressive Insurance), and they have tried calling Red Roof Auto Wash, and they will not answer the phoneIt looks like they are trying to get out of having to pay for the damage that was done to my vehicleThe vehicle is being repaired nowThey need to pay for the damage that was doneI would never recommend going to that auto wash!!
