In response to Eric S [redacted] ***'s letter, he states that his field supervisor came out took pictures and showed me the ice damming This is not true, his supervisor did come out on February 12th, went on the roof and said the pipes were not sealed and did seal them at that time - he did not take pictures He stated that he wasn't sure that the damage came from the pipes but he did not see the holes right beside the pipes that caused the damage The pictures that I have were taken by [redacted] on February 12th before Betlem came out and he was the one that shoveled the large amount of snow off of my roof and he discovered that the pipes were not sealed and he claimed that there was no ice damming on my roof I then called Betlem and they sent out a supervisor The statement dated in June from [redacted] was the date that I asked for his statement as [redacted] had been waiting for a reply from Betlem They turned it over to Paragon to collect my $deductible because Betlem was not responding Paragon sent many e-mails to Betlem as well to no avail but get the Revdex.com involved and you reacted immediately Thank you Betlem for not standing behind your work - there was mistakes made inside that you had to come back and fix two times after installation but you will not fess up to your mistake on the roof You stated to me verbally that the installation of a furnace in a Manufactured Home is not easy, so if that is the case maybe you should not contract any more installations for Manufactures Homes!

In response to Eric S[redacted]'s letter, he states that his field supervisor came out took pictures and showed me the ice damming.  This is not true, his supervisor did come out on February 12th, 2015 went on the roof and said the pipes were not sealed and did seal them at that time - he did not take pictures.  He stated that he wasn't sure that the damage came from the pipes but he did not see the holes right beside the pipes that caused the damage.  The pictures that I have were taken by [redacted] on February 12th before Betlem came out and he was the one that shoveled the large amount of snow off of my roof and he discovered that the pipes were not sealed and he claimed that there was no ice damming on my roof.  I then called Betlem and they sent out a supervisor.  The statement dated in June from [redacted] was the date that I asked for his statement as [redacted] had been waiting for a reply from Betlem.  They turned it over to Paragon to collect my $500 deductible because Betlem was not responding.  Paragon sent many e-mails to Betlem as well to no avail but get the Revdex.com involved and you reacted immediately.  Thank you Betlem for not standing behind your work - there was mistakes made inside that you had to come back and fix two times after installation but you will not fess up to your mistake on the roof.  You stated to me verbally that the installation of a furnace in a Manufactured Home is not easy, so if that is the case maybe you should not contract any more installations for Manufactures Homes!

To whom it may concernOn October 14th 2014 we replaced a standard efficiency furnace with a high efficiency furnace in the mobile home of [redacted]. The new high efficiency model vents with PVC in-place of the standard steel piping that the existing furnace used to vent. It is common practice...

to leave the existing steel vent / flashing in place and install the new PVC vent piping through the inside of the existing vent. Cap and water seal the top of the existing piping was performed. We are confident and feel strongly that during the installation of the PVC piping that the roof flashing on the existing vent termination was not disturbed as spelled out in the invoice from "[redacted]" dated 6/5/15. We are also concerned whether or not the conclusions specified on the invoice are based on the actual conditions of February 2015 being that the invoice is dated 6/5/15 and the claim was dated 2/11/15. Our field supervisor was on sight February 12th 2015 to review the water damage and observed severe Ice damming on the roof above the effected area's. He reviewed the issue with the home owner and showed her pictures of the Ice damming. It is also of note that the water damage was not in the furnace room directly below the flue piping or in the area of the flashing in question. We feel that any water damage was the result of severe ice damming. The Ice damming could be due to a lack of attic insulation and / or attic ventilation in her home. 2015 was an extremely cold winter, particularly in January and February (Coldest winter on record) and it was common to see ice damming on homes that had never had ice damming before based on the severity of the winter.Feel free to contact me any time to discuss at [redacted]Eric S[redacted]Department Manager

our ultimate goal is to resolve your concerns and to make you a satisfied customer. I have reviewed the service history for the no heat problem on dates 9/30/15-10/09/15. The boiler in your home is a high efficiency modulating boiler made up of multiple components that work simultaneously and can sometimes make trouble shooting / diagnosing a challenge. The three components that could have caused the problem were the control board, the inducer motor or the gas valve all which work together. Through advice of the manufacturers technical support it was recommended that we replace the control board then the inducer motor then finally the gas valve to resolve the issue. After speaking with you on the phone today, we will schedule an appointment with you and our field supervisor to evaluate the three mentioned components to confirm that no unnecessary parts where installed during our service visit. After the evaluation and we are certain your system is operating properly, we will then only charge for the actual failed components. our ultimate goal is to resolve your concerns and to make you a satisfied customer. Riich C. our field supervisor was called out to your home on October 22nd to confirm a crack in the heat exchanger which was discovered by our duct cleaning technician Paul, who located the crack while performing the inspection. Rich C. confirmed the crack and took a picture of the crack in question (I have attached the picture).      We would like the opportunity to remedy this situation for you and would like to set up an appointment to meet with you to review our findings and confirm the location of the crack that was found in your heat exchanger. Feel free to contact me anytime at (cell) ###-###-#### or by E-mail at [redacted].com I have also left a Voice Mail on the Phone number provided and look forward to hearing from you.          Eric S.
