Due to privacy issues, HILCO cannot comment specifically regarding Mr [redacted] s account However, our response to Mr [redacted] s attempt to get water and electric service followed our tariff and policies Many times there are extenuating circumstances that are not revealed to the public This situation has been resolved per the rules that are applied to all of HILCO's members

Attn: [redacted] In answering of ID [redacted] We would like to clarify to Revdex.com that Giorgio Collection been in business for over years with a very high ratio of satisfied clientele.You can easily check our records of businessThe following customer [redacted] purchased a Buffet from us and she was given super special deal for the cost of the item and for the delivery and installation into her home in MichiganPlease note the item was shipped from Italy.The Item was delivered June [redacted] **, in perfect condition according to the delivery people with no defect at allInside the buffet there is a very soft lighting system that possibility during transportation got a loose wire and did not light upRight away the same day of delivery the customer was assured that Giorgio was responsible for the situationAnd because the long distant scenario we are located in NY we asked the client to hire a local electrician to solve the issue at Giorgio’s expenseWe told the customer in the matter of few days a full new system will be shipped from Italy just in case the original system not able to light upAt this point we haven’t heard from the customer and we receive this letter of complaint and where the client is asking for US to basically to install a basic system, we believe it is a outrageous priceAnd Giorgio as promised is willing to compensate the cost of the electrician but at market value for a reasonable amountWe are always available for any questions or conversation in regards of this matter.Thank you

Per HILCO's Tariff and policies, electric service may be disconnected for non-payment if such payment is not received by the appropriate date. The policies regarding disconnected electric service due to non-payment and establishment of adequate credit allow for additional security deposits to
be collected in order to reconnect electric service. These policies are applied consistently to all HILCO Members and are in place to help ensure that amounts due to HILCO for providing electric service are collectedDeposits may be returned to those Members who exhibit an adequate credit history as indicated in HILCO's Tariff

I have no knowledge of a special price on the buffet I was given a price and that's what I paid Again, the Buffet NEVER worked and the delivery guys were aware and tried to repair it Pablo claim to take responsibility, I have spent $thus far with NO refund from Giorgio I would appreciate this outstanding company to pickup their perfect furniture and refund me I DONOT want to repair any NEW furniture and it becomes worst then the existing problem Additionally, I was only able to locate one Electrican that would try and repair this furniture and you are reluctant to pay him Let's expedite this issue and quit making the issue larger PLEASE stand behind your high ratio clientele and give me a refund

Please note the item was shipped from Italy.The Item was delivered June [redacted], 2016 in perfect condition according to the delivery people with no defect at all. Right away the same day of delivery the customer was assured that Giorgio was responsible for the situation. Please
understand there is no repair being done.
The
buffet arrived is good condition.  All
together now she have a perfect new buffet and a brand new light system.  Giorgio Collection agreed to ship out a brand new
light system right away from ITALY and now it has arrived with the customer. The
light system just need to be put in.
And
again Giorgio as promised is willing to compensate the cost of the electrician to put in the system but at market value for a reasonable amount. 
Giorgio
Collection agreed to pay the $90.00 with client Denyse Andrew but we still have
not receive any bill noted the service with cost.
We are always available for any questions or conversation in regards of
this matter.Thank you.

 Giorgio Collection,Again, the brand new buffet is inoperative.  I CANNOT find anyone to repair the broken lighting system under the cost of $500.00.  The contract doesn't have a no return policy.  Why should I have to repair new furniture and why don't you want to return the the inoperative furniture and refund me?
