I hope that in the future, the owners and operators of this moving company pay more attention to the employees that they put in charge of moving people's belongingsPerhaps if there was adequate supervision, or if we were provided with professional movers, this situation would not have happenedI made an agreement with *** that I would let this situation rest, yet the comment about going "above and beyond" is unsettlingAbove and beyond is not damaging people's thingsAbove and beyond is not arguing with clients when they are calling you to tell you that there is a problemAbove and beyond is not taking markers and glue to furniture and collectibles and claiming that everything is all betterWe got the money back that was owed to us for the lack of services provided, and a couple of hundred dollars to cover more than $1,in damagesThat is NOT above and beyond, it is only an agreement to walk away from this nightmareAnd I will gladly walk away from this, because it was a terrible way to start a new chapter of our lives in a new (and damaged) home.
