Review: I paid for a [redacted] cocktail set which includes a cocktail table and two end tables.

I purchased these in March 2014 and was to be delivered March 10, 2014.

They delivered the product crushed. I refused delivery. I was told it would be re-ordered and delivered.

I have multiple texts and phone calls where promises have been made every other week that it would be delivered.

However it is now October 2014. I still haven't had them delivered.

Continually I am told lies that it is on the truck, the next truck, etc.

Just now I texted and asked when delivery would be since I was told that last Friday it would be on the truck.

Now I'm told yet again that it is back ordered.

When I asked for a refund, I was lied too and told the business was closed.

Yet they're still in business and posting ads on [redacted]!Desired Settlement: I want a refund of $189.99 which is how much this set is currently being sold for - [redacted]

Review: I ordered a furniture set from F&S Furniture Store a month ago. They promised the set would be delivered within 3 business days, it has been a month and no furniture has been delivered. I keep getting excuses every time I call the sales rep and always told the store manager that handles delivery is on vacation. Requested a refund of my money and was told only the manage can refund but is on vacation. I think I been scammed!!!! I was also told I would be given a temporary set intill they could deliver what I ordered and I still haven't received anything!!! Store won't answer phone calls and has no voice mail!!Desired Settlement: My kids and I has no furniture, if F&S Furniture can get my paid set out to me within the next 2 days or I want a refund.

Review: My husband I purchased an [redacted] Signature Bedroom Set at the end of March from this furniture store. It was promised to be delivered the last week in April. Not only was our set not delivered until the end of May, we had to keep calling this company to see when it would come in. Not only did they not call us to let us know, we had to pursue them. After never being able to get a hold of this company, we had to physically stop into the store to demand answers. They promised it would be delivered Mother's Day weekend. It was not, and was instead delivered the following weekend, minus three pieces that were "back-ordered". We got the remaining three pieces, (drawers for footboard, mirror, chest (bureau)) the following week. When we received our bureau there was a big nick at the top of the chest. We have been trying to get this item of furniture replaced ever since then. Keith (the owner) came to our house the first week in June to see the piece of furniture and we were promised a new bureau within a week. It is now August 1 and I am tired of waiting and am taking action. This company is dishonest and deceitful and needs to be shut down.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement within a week as well as money back.

Review: I placed a furniture order at F and S Furniture LLC on 5/27/14. The estimated delivery was 3-4 weeks. When I heard nothing, I started to contact them on 6/25/14. Keith is the owner and schedules deliveries. He first stated that our furniture would arrive to them the Friday before 7/4 or, if not, we would receive our furniture on 7/12. Since 7/12, they have failed to deliver the furniture despite giving us new delivery dates week after week. Then, on 8/16, we received a delivery. It turned out to be a partial delivery, not the full order as Keith indicated. From then on, the misinformation continued, so I texted Keith on 8/27 to cancel and refund the balance. He refused. Their invoice doesn't break out the costs or tax, but I have a pretty good idea of the value and tax. I am rejecting this response because:The letter does not reflect an actual completed solution. They offer investigation, but not specifics or confirmation regarding a credit. The replacement chair hasn't arrived. Just as they offered weekly (sometimes bi-weekly) delivery dates starting 7/12/14, this is not resolved until it is actually resolved.

Review: Furniture purchased on 6/6/14 never delivered as of 8/8/2014.I paid for this furniture in full on 6/6/14. I stressed the importance of receipt by 6/28/14. Sales Person (Terrance) advised delivery would not be a problem. As of 8/8/14 I still do not have the furniture. I call and constantly get a "full voice mail" message on the phone numbers listed and provided. When I DID reach a live person, I was advised to "text" a specific number. When I text, I am promised delivery dates that never happen. Excuses are "weather, holidays, truck delayed, etc." I stay home (sometimes taking time off of work!) and furniture does not arrive on promised dates. After 9 weeks with no furniture, I asked for a refund and was advised there is a no refund policy!Desired Settlement: I would like refunded for the sleigh bed, dresser with mirror, end tables and coffee table I did not receive.

I do not accept this response. It is inaccurate. For the last (and final) delivery attempt I was advised delivery would be made first thing in the morning. At 11:30AM the delivery was not made. Since this company was promising me delivery of items every weekend since 6/28/14 I assumed they had lied again and I left my home to go to my nieces baptism. Around 12:30 I had a missed call from the delivery driver. They did not deliver during the proper times and I advised them I would not be home prior to their delivery attempt.

The main problem with F&F Furniture is I was promised delivery on 6/28/14. I moved into a completely vacant apartment. I expressed my concerns about delivery when ordering the furniture (and paying in full). The sales rep assured me that delivery on 6/28/14 would not be a problem. I had to personally contact the furniture store to assure delivery on of the furniture on 6/28/14 only to find out - at first - they were not intending to deliver anything. I had to "beg" them to deliver furniture and, at that time, was advised they could provide me with Floor Models" and I would receive my "original" furniture when it came in. I had furniture in my living room with the tags still on it for 3 weeks before I was advised I could just keep the floor models I was given.

Representatives at this furniture company promised delivery of the furniture every weekend after June 28th. Each weekend I would be waiting at my home for delivery. Many times I had to call to see what the hold up as the furniture company would never call me to advise they were not delivering. Calling was a problem because the voice mails were constantly full! When I would finally reach a representative of the company I was given a variety of excuses: holiday delays, weather delays, management on vacation, Checks weren't sent to delivery driver, etc. After 10 weekends (and weekdays!) of waiting on furniture that was promised to be delivered and not delivered I had enough. I do not trust this company. I do not want to wait at my home for any more deliveries that will not come. I am done. I would like refunded for the furniture I did not receive. This furniture was ordered on June 6, it's been over 2 months of living in a home without furniture.

Also - I can provide a phone log and text log from my phone company to show the many times I've attempted to connect with this furniture company, the manager (Keith) and the delivery driver.

Review: I moved and was told the furniture would be in storage until I move again. A year later I move, and the furniture was not even ever ordered. I keep getting excuses that they did it this way so I am not charged storage fees. The furniture was never ordered!!!! I was told they had the furniture and it was to be delivered by the end of August. They also told my mother it was to be delivered the end of August no problems. Was never told to come in and pick out a new set. Never received a call after mid August about anything. There is room at the house to deliver and that was never said. My mother advised if we could exchange for baby furniture and no we could not. So we were lied to and the furniture was never even ordered.
