We live in the Loris area a little ways away from the beach. Sometimes it's hard to get some one from the beach area to come out here to work. Back in April 2016 I had a pipe burst in our bathroom. It flooded the entire bathroom, master closet, master bedroom, under the walls to the laundry room and laundry closet into the living dining room. After talking to the insurance company I was referred to Full Steam Ahead to do the repair work. My parents had a similar situation a few years ago and used them said they would to a good job. "Good Job" doesn't even begin to describe the work that they did. They were there immediately setting up equipment to dry things out. Every time they left they always said, if there is anything you need just let us know. They took care of absolutely everything. They worked in a timely fashion and did excellent work. Their customer service, and I have done a lot of customer service in my time, was the best I have ever experienced. Communication was perfect. Always keeping me informed, working around my schedule and showing up on time. Steve [redacted], Daryl[redacted], Jennifer [redacted] and Tracey [redacted] are the professionals I primarily work with. What an amazing group. They turned a catastrophe into a memorable experience.
