I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. I would like it to be known that this agency damaged my front entrance door with scratches. After they removed my front door they left our refrigerator in our living room and left the premises with out notifying us that they were not returning and was not placing the appliance in the kitchen where it should had been placed. The public needs to be well informed of this agency. They are very unprofessional and will damage your property. I paid for my appliance to be placed in the kitchen and hooked up properly instead they left the appliance in the living room and did not return and did not communicate that they were not returning. The public needs to be made aware of this agency. I do not recommend them for [redacted] delivery services nor for any agency !
