I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], FSN sent UPS labels with the company name of FNS and the address at [redacted]. I have not used the labels yet, because I was advised by Revdex.com to not use that street address, as it has caused problems for other scam cases.

To Whom This May Concern, We happily sent the client labels to pick up the merchandise and satisfied the customer with them. It was explained that it takes sometimes next day for them or 3 to 5 business days issued by UPS to their email address. Warm Regards, Customer Service
