We do show record that the customer did update her bank account information back in March on her customer portal, but when sensitive information is updated such as a bank account we are required to speak to the customer before updating it in our system and before scheduling payments through it.Still, because the customer stated she incurred overdraft fees, we reimbursed them as a courtesy although we followed our protocol in updating her bank account informationAlso, in an effort to resolve this amicably, we have waived the customer’s remaining balance on each of her two loans and have closed her account.
