She was even told via email to call soon arrival or if she got lostShe failed to contact us or answer any form of us reaching out even around the time of 5pm when she said she would be there [redacted] also openly admitted via text message that she didn't show because she was in a meeting all day [redacted] was told that we would be out of town October XXXX that's why we wanted the the microchips done soonerThen she makes the next clinic " conveniently" on the dates we specified to her we would be out of town!! This is pour judgment in as to who they have representing them! I want a full refund, not only for the microchips but for the inconvenience [redacted] caused and the disrespectfulness and rudeness we experiencedFor [redacted] had many ways to contact us and if she was a professional when no one answered the door she would have called one of the two numbers that were given to her at time of confirmation of appointment AND/OR emailed me [redacted] did not go to the correct place and when I tried to rectify the problem and insure her safety I was treated rudely disrespectfully and called names!!! $25. There is no mention of a microchip as part of the $25. [redacted] accepted our offer to spay her 2 dogs for $25 each. This was a very popular promotion as the typical price of a pit bull spay would be $100+. Hundreds of people took us up on this offer. That is why [redacted] had to wait about a month to get an appointment at the clinic. FTAspay decided to offer a free bonus of a microchip to anyone having their dog spayed at the clinic. Not everyone received a microchip as the dog may already have one or the guardian declined. Unfortunately, the clinic had run out of microchips the day [redacted] was there. The clerk typed on [redacted]'s receipt "Owner can go to one of FTA's microchip clinics and receive two 24HrPetWatch MC at no fee".
[redacted] contacted FTAspay about getting her dogs microchipped. [redacted] president, agreed to meet [redacted] at her home on Monday 9/14/15 between 4:45 - 5 pm. [redacted] arrived at the agreed time at the address given: 551 Wellesley Dr, Unit 104, Corona, CA XXXXX. No one was home. [redacted] was ready, willing, and able to microchip the 2 dogs had [redacted] been home as agreed. [redacted] made excuses, but she failed to make it a priority to keep her end of the agreement to meet. FTAspay is run by volunteers who do not get paid for their time. [redacted] had gone out of her way and [redacted] failed to appear. [redacted] knocked on the door and heard dogs barking. After no response, she wedged a business card in the door that she had been there and left.
The $25 [redacted] paid for each dog was the price for the spay. I refer again to the Pitties and Kitties flyer where the offer is to spay a dog for $25 and that is the offer [redacted] accepted. [redacted] received the services she paid for; therefore, no refund is due.
FTAspay stands by our statement that [redacted] can go to one of our microchip clinics and we will happily microchip her 2 dogs for free. Our next microchip clinic is Saturday, 10/17/15, from 9 - 4, at the [redacted] Humane Society Oktoberfest event, 690 Humane Way in San Jacinto.
Or, if she prefers, in order to remedy the situation, FTAspay will give [redacted] a check for $20 (the price we charge at our microchip clinics for 2 microchips - $10 each) and she can have her dogs microchipped elsewhere.

First off your attachments did not work they do not show a thing! FTAspay is a nonprofit, all volunteer organization. We are four years old and have developed a very good reputation in the community. To date, we have provided low-cost spay and neuter for over 5500 dogs and cats, preventing countless accidental litters of puppies and kittens.
The Mission of FTAspay is to end animal shelter euthanasia through targeted, affordable, spay/neuter and microchipping.
The Vision of FTAspay is a No-Kill community, where dogs and cats are no longer euthanized because they are homeless.
This Complaint from Ms. [redacted] is very troubling. We are distressed that Ms.[redacted] felt the need to file this Complaint. It is the first negative relationship we have had since inception. The volunteers of FTAspay go to great lengths to make sure that people and their pets receive exceptional service.
We appreciate assistance from the Revdex.com and will follow whatever direction you give. Please let us know if you have questions or need add'l documentation. The timing of this Complaint is a bit ironic since we were recently approved for Revdex.com accredidation.
