I drove my vehicle to Future Tire. My right front tire had a slow leak, going on a month or more, so I would periodically have to fill it with an air compressor. I was driving on this tire daily to and from work - and I drove on this tire to Future Tire.

I requested that they take a look at the slow leak. The mechanic showed me a cut on the inner sidewall (part of the tire facing into vehicle) and sprayed soapy water onto this cut to show the air leak. At this point, a number of options were presented to fix the issue. Replacing all 4 tires, only 2 tires, or buying a used tire to replace. I requested that the mechanic place my spare tire on the right front and to place the un-repairable leaking tire into the bed of the vehicle.

The condition of the tire when it was returned was not the same as the condition as when it was brought to Future Tire. I could drive on the tire for weeks before, and after the tire would not hold air for more than a minute.

I paid $10 cash for the labor of putting my spare on in place of the leaking tire.

I was quoted $225 dollars for a replacement of the same tire at that time. I have price checked that model tire ([redacted]) both online and with other local retailers, and prices for this tire range from $135-$165 dollars.
