FTM Ribbons

Review: I would like to recieve a return label/authoriztion for this product that we never ordered before I attempt to send the product back as a "return to sender". They have not been cooperating with an arrangement to return the product back and we refuse to pay for product that was never ordered. I have been hung up on twice.They stated that someone in our kitchen ordered the product, but it never was ordered. The list "verbal" as the PO number. They even got our address wrong.We have no plans on paying the invoice that they issued.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the invoice that they sent to us voided since we never ordered the product. Also would like a return label since we cannot return the product as an RTS. The shipment was opened in order to find out who it was for.

Review: Product was supposedly mailed to our place of business. No one at the business authorized the purchased of ribbons. We did not receive any ribbons from this company. When I called the business they said they had proof of delivery which they did fax to me but it is not legible and I can't read the tracking number. The signature on the tracking receipt is not one of our employees.Desired Settlement: We would like the invoice sent to us to be voided

Review: This company called my business and asked to speak to someone in the kitchen. The phone was handed to one of my cooks. FTM said that they were a printer ink company and needed to know the model of our printer. FTM then stated that we usually get 2 boxes of printer ink but it looks like we are not going through it that fast and he would only send one box this time. My cook then told him that he was not the kitchen manager and could not order anything and that they would have to talk to Jim or David. FTM then said that was ok and that all he needed was the model#. My cook gave him the model number. Then FTM asked the cook his name. Which he gave. Then he hung up. Product was sent without any approval from David or Jim who are the only people who are authorized to order.Product arrived and was not opened.Bill arrived in the mail at a later date. One Ribbon for $119.80????My normal price for this product is $8.00!!I have spoken with Bill and asked him to mail me a pre paid shipping label to return the box with one ribbon in it.Desired Settlement: I would like FTM to mail a pre paid shipping label to me to return this product and to not contact my business again.
