Thank you for sharing that information.I was indeed able to find an account under the email address [redacted], which appears to have been set to cancel at the end of the current month's subscription period by one of our team members who assisted you in late August.I understand the frustration you may have experienced as you were unable to verify the initial subscription charge until it was posted by your bank 48 hours later. While this may be the case, we share a message to all new users creating an account with us that they will be automatically charged in a renewing monthly subscription at the end of his/her 7 day free trial period. It is the user's responsibility to cancel his/her subscription before the free trial ends to avoid charges for a paid subscription, which he/she agrees to upon completion of creating an account and beginning the free trial period. I've attached a screenshot of this page here.It also appears that this account had renewed into paid monthly subscription periods for three months--June, July, and August--providing ample time to have brought these charges to our attention sooner. Thus, I believe this would be the reason why the team member who had originally communicated directly with you was unable to issue any full refunds, as he was merely following agent protocol and guidelines.Nonetheless, as part of the fuboTV Customer Support team, we certainly do not want any of our users to feel as though we do not value your interest to even give our service a try! I sincerely apologize that this situation has escalated to communicating through a third party, but I share the above explanations to help better illustrate how the situation was originally depicted on our end by our agent initially. I am thankful for the chance to share the above insights with you and hope that you can also understand that it was and never is our intention to make any of our users feel that we've been unfair or dishonest. I hope you will accept our apologies and have refunded all three monthly subscription charges of $34.99 back to your Visa ending in [redacted]. (Please allow 5-10 business days for this to appear back on your statement.)We never any user who has made efforts to spare any of his/her time in giving us an opportunity to provide you with our service/product!
