This customer originally turned in her old lease and leased a new vehicle on 11/30/ There were some paperwork issues here at the dealership that delayed processing the new lease We offered many different options to rectify the paperwork, and returning to the dealership in exchange

This was a misunderstanding.  When we told the consumer that we were not going to give her a fob, we did not mean we were not going to give her a key.  We have ordered the key and have given it to the consumer.
