fabricated complaint and reveal bullet points below describing the motive behind Jason [redacted]'s fabricated complaints.-Jason only put one other occupant on signed rental application that he filled out. In addition, Jason signed lease with only one other occupant listed. So two documents he failed to disclose two other occupants besides himself. For legality and safety reasons, we need to know everyone residing in the unit (the consistency of stay goes beyond guest) listed which is a reasonable request.-Jason has stated that his financial situation has changed and it is difficult to pay rent. Jason's main motive for fabricated complaint is to try and create an angle to get out of lease term. Due to his financial change, Jason  requested another potential roommate/occupant. We rejected his request to add another occupant after past indiscretions with trying to add other occupants previously. (only a 2 bed unit)-Jason [redacted] has broken our no pet policy per his lease agreement by having a dog in unit. This upset Jason that he can't have pets stay whenever he wanted.-Jason moved in months ago and per lease term he needed to let us know of any damages within 7 days of move in, he failed to do so. Thus accepting the premise as is for move in. This complaint/repairs is due to Jason being disgruntled about the fact that he has broken several of our policies and rental agreement terms. Furthermore, his financial situation has changed and he is looking for a way out of his responsibilities of the rental agreement. Thus, his way to deal with that is complaining to any third party. We have tried to work with Jason by considering helping find a sublease, but the way Jason has handled himself is only detrimental to himself. Please confirm you have received email and let me know if you have any questions.Thank you,
