July 26, 2017*** *** did not send the dog(***) back when he had her scheduled to fly in early June, if he had done so, he is the only person who would have been injured while breaking up a dogfightHe and I talked about what steps needed to be taken to remedy the alleged aggression between the dogs before this fight occurredHe failed to follow what we discussed and because of being unprepared got in between dogs fighting and he was injuredAs for the refund upon inspection, he openly admitted that he dropped a hammer on the dog and had to take her to the veterinarian.I have gone so far and offered to place the refund amount in escrow with my attorney to guarantee his payment yet he still will not send the dog backI am out of options and this matter has been handed over to my attorney to resolve.Alfred T

I have tried to refund [redacted] the agreed upon amount upon return of the dog since May 2017. The refund is cost of the dog less expenses to fly her to him in Alabama. He had the dog scheduled to fly back in early June but refused to take her to the airport. He is now demanding that I refund him...

S6000.00 up front and pay for her return flight. He has also threatened to have her "put down." I can provide documentation to support all of my statements.

I am rejecting this response because:
Fred has seen the dog running and jumping off the dock many times since the first day when I accidentally hit her on the toe (she never had to make a trip to the vet).  He is simply not wanting to "stand behind his dogs" like he said in an email.  He would not allow the dog to leave there prior to receiving the payment and wanted me to accept her based on a video of her running around and he changed the deal on us after I scheduled the dog to be sent back. Additionally, he could not keep the dogs from fighting and his suggestion was I talk to a local trainer to get this fixed because he couldn't fix it himself because she fought with his other dogs too.   Which he didn't tell me up front knowing I was going to have another female at the house.Fred is simply not telling the truth.  I simply want all the money back that I have invested in the dog and for him to pay to have her shipped back to him since he KNOWINGLY sold us a defective dog THAT WAS AGGRESSIVE WITH OTHER DOGS.  Any additional fees that arise as a result of her attacking another dog or person will be his responsibility too since he won't send the money and pay to have her sent back, if we have to go to court.  Regards,[redacted]
