Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:If your wife doesn’t want to be emailed then she should take her email address off the “contact” section of the company’s websiteA more respectable company would have a professional email address listed when someone clicks a link titled "email us." I had actually asked Jayden to look at the BRAKE light that would flash intermittently on the dashboard, which got fixedI even have a voicemail from Jayden prior to working on the car that only mentions that “Brake” lightThere’s no mention of the “TRAC OFF” lightThere’s no mention of the “ABS” lightIf those lights had been on then I would’ve asked him to look at those as well, and he probably would have mentioned such in his voicemailIt wasn’t until the strut got repaired that suddenly the “TRAC OFF” and “ABS” lights now won’t turn offI had never seen those two lights flash on the dashboard beforeI simply asked via email for McKinney to do whatever repairs needed to make those two indicator lights turn offI wasn’t even concerned about getting a refund of any sortThey have caused damage to a vehicle they were paid to fix and now refuse to take blame, despite evidence that disproves their argument.McKinney’s lack of response addressing the emails, hostile Revdex.com reply, bad use of grammar, punctuation, and spelling, and confusion regarding their own contact email address shows their unprofessionalism, and is now on public display on this website for potential customers.(Link to referenced voicemail can be found here: [redacted] ) [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]

MR*** DID BRING HIS TOYOTA CAMRY IN THE SHOP FOR DASH WARNING LIGHTS FLASHING WHILE DRIVING & A REAR WHEEL SHAKE IN THE REAR OF THE CAR AT SPEED ON APRIL 10/2017. THE REAR WHEEL SHAKE WAS DETERMEND WITH A FREE MECHANICAL INSPECTIONTHE LEFT REAR STRUT WAS BAD AND VERY LOOSE
AND WE ONLY VERIFYED THE LIGHTS FLASHING ON THE DASHTHE CUSTOMER APPROVED THE STRUT REPAIRS AND DECLINED THE ELEC DIAGNOSIS FOR THE DASH LIGHTSTHE LIGHTS WERE ON WHEN THE CUSTOMER CAME IN THE FIRTS TIME. SO ONLY A FEW MOMENT WERE SENT ON WARRNING LIGHTS AT NO CHARGE. THE LABOR TIME ON THE REAR STRUTS WERE HRSX $ PER HRTOTALING $+ STRUTS AND TAX ALMOST TWO MONTHS LATER WE GOT AN E-MAIL ABOUT HIS FAULSE COMPLAINT ON MY WIFES E-MAIL NOT THE SHOPSHOW DID HE GET THAT ADDRESS ? THE COMPLAINT WAS ODD BECAUSE HE HAD ASKED US TO CHECK THE LIGHTS AT THE SAME TIME AS THE STRUT PROBLEM OM APRIL 2017. THE CUSTOMER WAS NOT CHARGED FOR THE SHORT LOOK AT THE ELEC PROBLEM THERE IS NO COMPLAINT ON THE STRUT REPAIRSO NO REFUND ON THE STRUTS, THE ONLY THING HE WAS CHARGED FOR THAT DAY. OWNER, MGRKEN K

I have received the letter and complaint that [redacted] has sent to your office. I am enclosing the documentation from our email conversations.[redacted] called on or about and stated that he had hit a finger from his septic system while putting in deck posts for a new deck.I received the...

call and went to his home within an hour of his call to take pictures and access the situation. As he and I discussed situation he advised that he had spoken with Madison County Health Department and they advised the repair be made by a septic company. I called and spoke with the Health inspector and he advised we could repair/cap finger, as we have a very good working relationship with the Health Dept. and follow all guidelines set forth by them.[redacted] situation was he needed this done as quickly as possible, as he had a friend that was going to help him with his deck and they had a specific timeline with time off work to complete deck.We met his timeframe so his deck could be completed. We made a contract via email for the repair (enclosed), I had 2 men go to the job and do the repair and it took approximately 1 hr.[redacted] has referred to repair / replace in his complaint, the difference is if we would have replaced the finger several posts he had installed would have been needed to be removed and his timeframe would not have been met, that is why we repaired with the o.k. from the Health Dept. You will see in the initial email I said repair NOT replace.He has not paid his bill and asked for a negotiated amount, I did agree to $300.00 when I re-billed him in December my invoice due date was incorrect, he advised via email on December 6, 2015 and I immediately resent with a corrected date on December 7, 2015 and he advised he would pay by credit card by end of week. Then I received your letter.The one last item I need to address is that [redacted] is making it seem he went out and dug the soil for this repair, the soil and finger were exposed because he was using and auger to put in post when he hit his finger not that he went to additional effort to dig up soil, I have pictures as well from my visit the first day.Unfortunately some customers after we do a repair and have buyer's remorse and don't want to pay their bill after we have the problem is corrected. That is why I get email confirmation from customer on work and price before we start the job.I am now very reluctant to negotiate on the initial price of $400 that was agreed upon and completed in July 2015, and in addition all the extra work has been created for me.WILL hold true to my negotiated price of $300 if payment by check is received by January 2, 2015 or I will refer to collections for full amount plus late charges, court cost and attorney fees.It is my hope that this will resolve the issue with [redacted] and the Revdex.com with no negitve reflection of our company or work that we perform.I will be glad to discuss if you have any further questions.Thank You, Operations ManagerEstes Sewer & Septic Services, INC 4834 W 200 SAnderson, IN 46011
