Like the other reviewers, I purchased meals through Groupon which I receivedThey took my credit card number and charged me $for processingThen they started charging my $each weekI tried to stop payment but couldn't find any place to do that on the website and couldn't get hold of customer serviceI see on the website that they are going to charge me again in a couple of daysI have called my credit card company to dispute this but it is a racket
I see from other's reviews that there must have been some fine print that said I authorized a weekly paymentWhy would anyone do THAT!! The business knows that is not legitimate and so tricks people through Groupon
I checked FuelFood.com and order meals, I realize that I'm rapidly shed pounds and promptly felt better without spending more money or timeThroughout the following months my body changed, I got more grounded, and it was so natural
Had FuelFood's meal first time before months, I just love itit has made a huge difference in my life and has made me gain self confidenceI am really happy with the quality of meals as compare to pricethanks fuelfood & all staff!

When we started looking for a food prep service we tried many
They all had there pluses and a cpl I liked while she didn't and vise versa
We read all the reviews and complaints from all the sites we ordered meals from
But when we got our food from the fuel food it was nicely packaged it probably wouldn't have been able to sit on the porch long due to Alabama heat but we are here during the day because we work nights and it wasn't an issue
We both liked the meals and had no complaints so we made a second order
It did take in my opinion too long to get and we were missing labels on a cpl meals other than not getting to correctly log out macros had no complaints still and we have now received our 4th shipment at this point
The food is the tastiest of the ones we tried and the levels depending on what group you choose are really nicely %d out in the protein to carbs and fat most all are good low levels of calories
I can't figure why so many people have made complaints or maybe the company just finally got there st together
Either way we decided until we have issues like those people who complain we love it and have chosen to use then steady for our 6 days of meals 7th being CHEAT day ofcourse ð
Horrible business that uses your charge card as their own! Billed many weeks for food never delivered and no one answers calls, voicemails, emails... Ect. They hit you with horrible costs to stop delivering and you have to still pay for a week of food ($175) all said because they have an 8 day cancellation policy. Have had report them to my credit card company and get new card because they just kept charging it... Crazy.
I absolutely LOVE Fuel Food and the amazing customer service they provide. I am so busy with my life I am exhausted when I get home and found myself throwing out my organic grocery because it goes bad faster than I can cook it. Met the awesome Jordan and signed up to get my weekly delivery with Fuel Food, loving every day as I feel better when I eat clean.Want a healthy yet yummy meal you got to get FUEL FOOD for positively fueling your best investment- YOUR body.

I was interested in trying this company after using several other meal plan services, and having positive experiences, but wanted to try someone else. I tried to the groupon, entered the code on the fuelfood website, they trap you by needing a $1 container change, to get you to enter your credit card information. I paid $41 for 10 meals on July 21st. Not a bad deal. It wasn't until I checked my credit card bill that I noticed I was charged $104.50 on July 28th, that I contacted fuelfood and inquired about the charge. I politely explained that I would like a refund, as I felt this was not a good business practice to charge me for a next order, when I have not received my trial order yet to decide if I wanted to continue. They informed me that it was in the "fine print" that refunds are not given, and that they would charge me the full price of the next order in 7 days. The website states that an 8 day notice is required for cancellations of the automatic debit. So I concluded that they are practicing a shady business by luring customers with the Groupon, and charging 7 days later the full price of the plan, even if you wanted to cancel the day after as I found out, they would still deduct the following 7th day charge on 8/4/15. I called my credit company right away to put a merchant block on further charges. Fuel Food would not issue a refund, so I figured, ok Ill just get it done with and get my money's worth and order next week's food with my "10 meal credit" and just be done with it. I then found out, it goes from bad, to worse. The first order with the Groupon, only charged me $41; said nothing about shipping charges. I was already out $104.50, I then find out there's a $68-$72 shipping charge added to the orders! This is beyond horrible cost wise for meals. $172 for 10 small meals?! I would never order through them again, and I'm assuming no one else would either. It was a scam, that is all I can say.
