I was interested in trying this company after using several other meal plan services, and having positive experiences, but wanted to try someone elseI tried to the groupon, entered the code on the fuelfood website, they trap you by needing a $container change, to get you to enter your credit card informationI paid $for meals on July 21stNot a bad dealIt wasn't until I checked my credit card bill that I noticed I was charged $on July 28th, that I contacted fuelfood and inquired about the chargeI politely explained that I would like a refund, as I felt this was not a good business practice to charge me for a next order, when I have not received my trial order yet to decide if I wanted to continue They informed me that it was in the "fine print" that refunds are not given, and that they would charge me the full price of the next order in daysThe website states that an day notice is required for cancellations of the automatic debitSo I concluded that they are practicing a shady business by luring customers with the Groupon, and charging days later the full price of the plan, even if you wanted to cancel the day after as I found out, they would still deduct the following 7th day charge on 8/4/I called my credit company right away to put a merchant block on further chargesFuel Food would not issue a refund, so I figured, ok Ill just get it done with and get my money's worth and order next week's food with my "meal credit" and just be done with itI then found out, it goes from bad, to worseThe first order with the Groupon, only charged me $41; said nothing about shipping chargesI was already out $104.50, I then find out there's a $68-$shipping charge added to the orders! This is beyond horrible cost wise for meals$for small meals?! I would never order through them again, and I'm assuming no one else would eitherIt was a scam, that is all I can say Google "fuelfood scam"I wish I had done so before I got involved with this mess!
