Good Morning, Fuel Moto does allow returnsBefore retuning products to Fuel Moto you need to give our company a callWe then authorize a return authorization number and make notes in our system so we know why the customer is returning the productsWe don’t take returns when a fuel tuner has been married to a motorcycle or an exhaust has been installedWith that being said, we are always happy to work with our customersWith a situation like this we would have still taken these products on a return but we may have included a re stocking fee since neither products were in new conditionWhen a customer just sends us products from a UPS store with no information or paper work we are unsure why the products are back or who they came fromOur phone number is ###-###-#### and our email is *** Both of these are on our websiteWe haven’t had correspondents with you since August of Our lead technician tried to reach out to you but you never returned his phone callWe have tired to work with you back in August to resolve this problem If you reach out to us we would be more than happy to help you resolve this issue

They list products on their website with a vague commitment to what it will work with and will notThey sell exhaust systems and show them installed on motorcycles with aftermarket shocks but if you run into an issue with their exhaust system with aftermarket shocks they tell you it is designed for a stock motorcycle even though they showcase their product on a motorcycle with aftermarket suspension this leads the consumer to believe that you can use aftermarket suspension with their exhaust systemThey also sell tuners that have maps that are not necessarily for the specific year make and model purchased and do not tell you this upfrontThey are very vague upfront and after you own it they hit you with all the small print

Good Afternoon,I'm reaching out to you regarding some additional information for the issue addressed. On August 1st 2017 Justin Hood placed an order for a Power Vision tuner and a Fuel Moto 2/1 exhaust system. for the price of $995.00. I have also included a link to our Fuel Moto return information. (click here) On our website we state that to return a part you must first contact us via telephone and you will receive an authorization number if you are within 30 days of the purchase date and the item has not been installed. We also mention that there are no returns on special orders, installed or electrical & tuning components including Dynojet tuning products. Justin purchased the Dynojet Power Vision which he married to his motorcycle. We don't take returns on tuning components. We would be unable to sell this Power Vision in new condition. Also, Justin purchased and tried to install an exhaust system. When a customer has an issue with an install we would be more than happy to work with them to see if we can resolve the issue. When we received this E Series 2/1 exhaust system back, it was dinged and damaged. I do understand that Justin was having fitment issues with the E Series 2/1 exhaust system. When looking into the situation more Justin told us he has changed his suspension on his motorcycle. Please note that a product is designed to be utilized on the specific year, make and model as stated. If additional modifications are being made, Fuel Moto nor any other manufacturer makes any claim to their compatibility unless otherwise stated. We are unable to list items that may or may not work if we have not tested them. We always welcome either a potential customer or an existing customer to reach out to us to inquire if we had performed testing on any of the products we manufacture for compatibility with another item, however unless tested by us we could certainly make no claim of compatibility. With that being said, we tried to work with Justin by emailing back and forth and having our lead technician who does all the research and development reach out to him via telephone. We never got a response back. We are willing to work with all of our customers and help them resolve any issues they are having. When a customer doesn't allow us to help we are unable to move forward. The last form of communication we had with Justin was via email. He asked for our lead technician to reach out to him on August 22nd.
