Good Afternoon,I'm reaching out to you regarding some additional information for the issue addressedOn August 1st Justin Hood placed an order for a Power Vision tuner and a Fuel Moto 2/exhaust system( [redacted] ***) This link will direct you to our Fuel Moto website and show you both products for the price of $I have also included a link to our Fuel Moto return information(click here) On our website we state that to return a part you must first contact us via telephone and you will receive an authorization number if you are within days of the purchase date and the item has not been installedWe also mention that there are no returns on special orders, installed or electrical & tuning components including Dynojet tuning productsJustin purchased the Dynojet Power Vision which he married to his motorcycleWe don't take returns on tuning componentsWe would be unable to sell this Power Vision in new conditionAlso, Justin purchased and tried to install an exhaust systemWhen a customer has an issue with an install we would be more than happy to work with them to see if we can resolve the issueWhen we received this E Series 2/exhaust system back, it was dinged and damagedI do understand that Justin was having fitment issues with the E Series 2/exhaust systemWhen looking into the situation more Justin told us he has changed his suspension on his motorcyclePlease note that a product is designed to be utilized on the specific year, make and model as statedIf additional modifications are being made, Fuel Moto nor any other manufacturer makes any claim to their compatibility unless otherwise statedWe are unable to list items that may or may not work if we have not tested themWe always welcome either a potential customer or an existing customer to reach out to us to inquire if we had performed testing on any of the products we manufacture for compatibility with another item, however unless tested by us we could certainly make no claim of compatibilityWith that being said, we tried to work with Justin by emailing back and forth and having our lead technician who does all the research and development reach out to him via telephoneWe never got a response backWe are willing to work with all of our customers and help them resolve any issues they are havingWhen a customer doesn't allow us to help we are unable to move forwardThe last form of communication we had with Justin was via emailHe asked for our lead technician to reach out to him on August 22ndA couple days later on August 24th we received a package in the mail with no notes or form of paper work that stated who this was from and what they would like to see happenPlease keep in contact so we know what the next step may beIf you need any additional information please reach out to us at ###-###-####Have a great afternoon!
