I am rejecting this response because:It is unfortunate to see this business owner to continue to behave inappropriate.I didn't reply to his first email about the refund not because I didn't want to, but because I didn't know what to do since he was charging me administrative fees of $70.00. Mr*** took the liberty to email me this nasty note that replects hischaraterHe trenthen me of making sure my business gets bad reviews Mr***: "I truly belive *** was quite right about you, you are our HALL OF FAME worst client we've encounteredI wonder how you are going to run your business because I guarantee you that i'll make sure that you get the reviews that person like you deserve.You are arrogant, cocky and selfishYou have no regard for others even they are apologizing you for nothing of their faultA shameless person like you will not only deserve a full refund from us but some extras so you can goto rehab and get some treatment about your abusive behavior.And NO, I will not call and waste my time with a person like youMy designers have already wasted their efforts...!" (I have the original email for future proofs, in the event he tries to do someting against my company). This accusations just shows how unprofessional he is and no wonder why his staff responded the way they didDeliberately sabotaging the viability of a business must be discouragedOutright lying like what Mr*** is doing at this moment should be considere defamation and individuals who take part in these types of activities should beheld liable. Unlike him, I have peace of mind that I did not do the things he accused me ofIf a customer request a good treatment and service is considered abuse than I can acused him of many things. My resolution is to get my full refund and move forward and learn from this experienceto only hire people on big teams that live in the US only. Regards,
