I talked with my employee this morning and he informed me that there was a customer that came in the store on June 14, Employee told me the customer asked for a black&mild and also asked for a pack swisher,(now the swisher cigars we sell come in singles, in a pack, or our most popular one that is sold is the swisher cigars in a pack for cents) now when the customer said let me have pack swisher, the employee asked the customer if he wanted packs or if he wanted pack of the for cent cigars because the employee was not sure what exactly he wantedSo the customer said it again let me have a pack swisher and then the employee said he grabbed packs and showed the customer and said do you want packs or do you want pack which is for centsMy employee said he was confused on what the customer wanted, and thats why he asked him twice, because we have customers ask for those cigars in different waysSo the employee told me when he showed him the packs the customer got mad and said stop playing games with me and give me for what I asked, and again the employee said I was just trying to make sure what you wantedThen the customer got mad and said go back to Iraq and then my employee said he refused to ring him up and thats when the other employee came and checked the customer outI asked my employee about him using any profanity and he said he did not, he did say when the customer said go back to Iraq my employee said you go backNote that my employee is not from Iraq, the employee is of Indian decentSo now the customer has a different side of the story and the employee has a different version, at Fuel Time our main goal is customer service and customer satisfactionI know the customer wants this employee to be terminated and I would have no problem to do so but the employee has a total different version of what happenedI would be more than happy to meet the customer and see what I can do to resolve thisThank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I will be in contact and stop by. My main issue was that the employee who was disrespectful was still working and not reprimanded then and there. He continued to keep working immediately after the incident without a cool down period or any types of reprimands that I can see at the moment. I was advised that he would be leaving soon which would resolve the issue of dealing with him and any potential future issues. The rest of the employees are awesome including the few that I think are managers. I think that some employees that may be hired need to be advised on some basic customer service standard operating procedures and to not to get to personal with customers on a joking level if that individual has not opened that door of communication. I have never had a problem with this store until this employee. I enjoy shopping there and don't plan on not shopping there IF I can continue to get the same great customer service from your employees and same respect that I give. I am rejecting this response because:  It was a false story given by your employee.  Your employee knows exactly what types of items that I buy. The problem was with him mocking me when he said what I wanted to him.  The way he said my request back to me was as if he was making fun of a rded or special needs person There was no misunderstanding of what was being bought because most of the employees know me and even joke with me about how I only buy only five black and milds.  The female manager/owner knows me very well and even has given my daughter a hug ask me about my kids and has been very cordial.  I don't have a problem with anyone at the store except for him.  I like the store and have went back to look for the manager but they weren't in.  I never said anything about telling him to go back to Iraq.  what I said is that "I'm a veteran of this country and served my country proudly and that I've been to Iraq and other countries and that I spend my money with this store everyday."  This was said after he refused to serve me.  I have no reason to lie.  If the employee wants to lie or the employer wants to lie and cover up for him its fines because I'm an individual about peace and prosperity.  There are others who complain about this individual, according to two other employees, so If he continues to work past Saturday then I guarantee this will happen again because he has done this type of thing before to me and I have asked him not to mock me or play with me like that previously and he still continues to do it.    If the company wants to contact me by phone that's fine.  I'm not looking for a million dollar law suit I just want good customer service and that employee gone for calling me a [redacted] .  That's not right and him calling me that demeaning word, and its funny how it was never mentioned in the response from the business, which is sad because the other employee acknowledged that he called me [redacted] Twice. God knows the truth of what happened and will bring karma back on those who negatively impact the situation.  I will continue to be who I am and spread love because my third eye is widely opened and finely tuned and remember that love conquers hatred.
