To whom it may concern [redacted] had notified Carl about the damages of his items on July [redacted] , at which time Carl emailed [redacted] all of the pertinent information so he could file his claim [redacted] called me on Friday October [redacted] asking me for the claims company information , again I supplied him with all of the pertinent information to file his claim and advised him that he should do so promptly because the are time restrictions to file a claim We are baffled that [redacted] would file a claim with the Revdex.com months after receiving his goods when we gave him all the needed information when he called us on July [redacted] 2016.We Have provided all of the documents proving our correspondence Movingclaims.net is handling his case and after receiving all of his photographs of damages and a notarized letter they will make him a settlement offerYours Truly, [redacted]

All Exclusive decided to discount $500.00 off [redacted] to avoid the hassle of having his goods auctioned off.  The customer agreed to pay this amount by wiring us the money and then we would give him the key to the storage unit so he could remove his merchandise as of today July [redacted]...

2017 we have not received the payment which he was supposed to pay yesterday , I did speak to the customer this morning and he told me it was too late last night to moneygram the money and that he will do so today we shall see. Your truly,Joseph M[redacted]
