I am rejecting this response because:
ProBuilt claims the deterioration of this brick patio was due to natural erosion. I spent about $8000 dollars for the patio about 10 years ago and was told it would last a lifetime; in fact, I was encouraged to use brick over wood construction. The extent of deterioration shows that the construction was defective. In addition, I've had qualified masons inspect the damage and have been told:(1) the soil was not properly compacted(2) the pavers were not an appropriate choice to resist separation from rainfall/frost, etc.;(3) the construction was not appropriate to allow drainage.I feel I am entitled to a new wood deck or brick patio. At the time my patioo was built, Probuilt gave me a quote of about $3000 for a new wood deck. If ProBuilt is willing to demolish the brick patio that is in place for no cost and construct a wood deck or brick patio at a discount to the originally quoted price, I would consider the offer.

To Revdex.comThe [redacted] patio project was built over 10 years ago. We offer a 1 year labor warranty and manufacturer offers their warranty on the materials. As a good gesture we had serviced the patio even though it was over the 1 year warranty in the past. Now that its been 0ver 9 yrs...
since than we can not offer the warranty nor can we refund the cost of the project due to natural erosion of the property ground. We would consider of servicing it at a discounted price if they would like us to. We are not at fault for the grading issue of the property and the erosion overtime of the land.
