They put a used transmission in my car on 9/7/17, I Paid $1,it came with a month parts only warrantyAfter not even two months the transmission they put in is totally shotIt has more codes on it than the original transmission they took outSince I've had the transmission replaced when I put it in reverse sometimes I get no power in reverse, I have to put it in park or neutral in order to get reverse powerThey're telling me that I will have to pay for the labor to put another transmission and I just feel as though that is ridiculous after a month and a half of the transmission replaced
When I brought my car up to the shop to tell them about this, they informed me that it was my fault for not getting the one year warranty, when a one year all included warranty was never presented as an option for meBrandon also stated that transmissions from this "JunkYard" are not offered a one year all inclusive warranty after 110,miles, which also wasn't stated when I asked about
