RUN away they fall apart immediately. We have had five bags that didn't even last one flight. The zipper fell apart.. The bag ripped.

They have sent us replacements and it happens again!

Product: [redacted] ITM ART 526583Product has pulled apart at top corner seams. This area has not been affected by any normal wear and tear. This area should have been constructed and, as was expected by the consumer, to withstand any normal use, which is the explicit purpose for which such [redacted] is purchased. Vendor refuses to honor 10 year warranty. The Warranty explicitly guarantees product manufactured to be used for the purpose intended and implicitly guarantees that the quality and workmanship are suitable for such use. witness the 10 year Warranty period. In addition, the length of the Warranty period induced the buyer and complainant that thee product was of genuine quality and construction. It is neither. The purchase date was 06/2011. The vendor refuses to honor warranty claiming that the "TOP" of the [redacted] has been affected by normal wear and tear, which is an impossibility.Product_Or_Service: rolling [redacted]Desired Settlementreplacement or refund USD39.99 Business Response Please reference the photo that the claimant sent. May we gently point out that the damage in question is not a seam that is pulled apart as stated in the complaint. This is a piece of decorative piping that goes around this area of the [redacted]. The construction of this piping is such that the piping is a single piece of long piping material that also goes around this area of the bag as a decorative color feature. Without a substantial cutting, tearing or gouging force present, it would be very difficult to remove a small area of the piping with out pulling out the entire piece of piping. From the photo sent to us by the claimant, which is our only reference, there appears to be a 1/2" to 1" gash where a piece of piping is now missing from the corner. Yet the piping on both sides of this gash remain neatly in place. Near to where the piping is missing there also appears to be a puncture of the body material. We speculate that the gash of the piping was created by some sort of powerful cutting, gouging or tearing force. We can only make a guess as to these forces but the forces would be consistent with a sharp object that could cut the material as the material would have to have been cut on two edges to remove the piece of piping from the middle of one long piece of piping. A force possibly such as a car door, car trunk or air line baggage system that snagged or gouged a portion of a single piece of piping. In any case a small area of the decorative piping is missing and the same force that caused that most likely caused the nearby puncture of the body material. The forces that could cause this kind of double cut, gouge or tear appear to be inconsistent with what one would consider as normal usage of pulling a [redacted] or piece of luggage. In addition, no protective or storage features associated with this [redacted] have been compromised with the removal of this decorative piping. We accept the aesthetic look is not as appealing. Our concern is the forces that were applied to rip this small chunk of piping from a 1" area were not normal.Therefore, we determined the warranty did not apply in this case as the warranty states it does not cover accidental damage, damage resulting from unreasonable use....improper handling, exposure to extreme temperatures...damage caused by a common carrier...etc.
