I had a scheduled service yesterday (6/17/15)I was told that the technicians would be here between 11:and 1:and they arrived at 11:Can't do any better than that! Adrian was one of the technicians who arrived to do the pest control serviceHe explained the procedure to me and then completed a very thorough treatment of my house exteriorHe was concerned about the safety of my pets and cautioned me to keep them in until the chemicals driedAdrian was professional and friendly and I was pleased with the service

I love the fact that I haven't seen any bugs or ants!

I am a new customer of Fulcrum Pest Control, as of my first treatment and experience with Fulcrum today I want to share my experience I had an appointment scheduled, my technician Travis Kellar showed earlier than scheduled appointment which is important to me Travis asked questions and explained his process, as we adjusted our residence for his treatment to receive optimal service, it was done in an quicker and professional manner than expected Travis explained the contract and how we could call at anytime if we had any issues, as far as this first visit I am satisfied and will keep you informed of my continued experience with Fulcrum Pest Control Thank you Travis!

I usually don't answer the door for sales people but I did for Fulcrum Pest ControlLately I have noticed spiders and roaches in and around my house Walker, the sales Rep was very friendly and was able to get me a technician out within minutesMy technician was JoshuaHe was very friendly and seemed knowledgeableThe whole process took min or less and I'm glad that I had it doneI also like the fact that it is safe for pets :)

1.The first visit was done by Alex on 5/12/15.Alex was very courtious and explained to me all about the company and its policies.He treated the outdoors and indoors.
2.The second visit was done by Adrian .Adrian was scheduled to treat my house on
6/8/15.Adrian was prompt,kind ,and explained to me the entire treatment he was about to perform.Adrian treated my house outdoors and indoors as per my request.

Great Job by Travis Kellar he explained what he was doing very well. Did a great job on throughly doing the property.

The Technician was prompt, professional and very knowledgable about the products and services provided. Jay went above and beyond. It appears that this company strives on customer satisfaction.
