Hi allRegarding about *** *** 's job,after we done a job sanding for them in cape cod ,they were very happy so I got a call back for another job,they mention the basement on a church need flooring so I recommend a floating floor ,it make for basementI told them can look at ***
*** to select the material they want and after they did looked up they asked me to pick up for them. We start the job about mid March the weather is nice and dry,took us about day to get the job done and the floor came out so beautiful, every one love new floor to compare with old ugly carpet.About maybe a Month and half or two I got a call from the church said that floor got bubble ,I came out to check and find out they got some moisture problem so did tell them to run the Dehumidifier and I did fix some area.Another month later I got a call from them again saying about buble floor again ,I came and check the floor,it still high moisture ,they wasn't run dehumidifier, top surface of floor got water from leaking water fountain,I did mention that to *** 's Husband .,also the floor got fix again.I was try to repair few time but they still not listen, they don't want spent money for electricity to running the Dehumidifier,they left water on floor,they wasn't care for that floor, What should I do.ThanksFull care hardwood floor,inc ** *** ***

This is the response We had after reading the businsess’s response to the floor failure.I read the response. Unfortunately telling us "after the fact" that a dehumidifier needs to be run 24/7 is not the proper way to install a flooring in a basement. Full Care Flooings installation failed catastrophically and had tp be fully replaced within 6 months, the church had to do this replacement to avoid being sued by volunteers at the food pantry (which uses the same space). I feel that Full Care should reimburse the cost of the floors to us (since thy are not in place and did not serve the purpose .
