Full Circle Flooring Reviews (2)

We first came to full circle flooring due to an insurance claim and we needed all new carpet and tile. To start it off we scheduled to have the install done and what happens? No one shows up. The next day they don't show up unill 11:00. As I was at work I came home and stumbled upon them ripping my toilet and the bathroom tile out that was never supposed to be ripped out! They also left my newly purchased home a complete disaster water bottles, coffee cups, and trash everywhere. Also I had just had the house freshly painted they left grout all over my freshly painted to which I had to pay to have the painter come back and touch up. And for the icing on the cake I just tried to enter my crawl space but they completely stapled it directly to the underlayment. Very unorganized and disrespectful company I would not recommend this company to a single person. hard to believe they are on the Revdex.com.Desired Settlementwould like to have it resolved not sure how to go about it.Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted]r managerContact Phone: 775-853-1330Contact Email: [email protected] my understanding the biggest concern here is that the carpet on the trap door was not cut out. It was overlooked by the installer. Which we are more than happy to come out and do for me. [redacted]. But when he does not respond to the numerous phone calls or voice mails, it becomes hard to schedule that. With the other issues, I'll start by saying that if Mr. [redacted] didn't try to change the quote he received from us to add more work so his insurance would pay the maximum amount then those issues would of never been created. Yes our installation crew was not able to be there the exact day that was originally scheduled due to other homeowners doing an addendum to their contracts and adding additional work, which meant that it added a day to the schedule with them. Mr. [redacted] was Informed that they would be a day later than planned. Upon showing up mr. [redacted] did not live up to his end of the contract and asked if we could pull the toilet and reset it since he wasn't able to do so. This we agreed to by us. A small bathroom of tile did get torn out when it wasn't supposed to, because on the initial measure and estimate, mr. [redacted] requested that it be done because it was an insurance claim, water damage. Once he got his insurance check he decided not to put the money in the bathroom and was willing just to live with it. The installer was not made aware of this change and proceeded to follow his cut sheet and tore it out. We agreed to furnish new materials (tile) and install them at no extra charge because of the misunderstanding. As far as the grout on the walls. That is normal to have when grouting tile up against the walls where no baseboards exist. Could it been cleaned up more thorough? Absolutely! In most cases after a final wipe, the residue drys and leaves a haze which if that happens a customer will call us and we gladly go back to do a final clean. Mr. [redacted] never called or emailed regarding that. So it was our impression that he was satisfied. I have many text messages and recorded documents that can back my statement up. As far as the cups being left at the home, I apologize. There was trash and debris sitting around when the installers entered and if they left there cups in the house with the other trash that is unacceptable. Again I would gladly had those removed if mr. [redacted] would have contacted us. To resolve this current issue we are more than happy to return to his home and cut out the carpet so the trap door is accessible.

I had a engineered wood flooring product installed by Full Circle about three years ago, with an expense of about $7,000. We were promised it was a product just as durable as hardwood. My wife and I live alone, no kids and no pets, and we don't wear shoes in the house. Within a year the finish on the product began to break off, and now we have loose and delaminating boards. Full Circle has responded very slowly to our complaints and provided very unprofessional customer service, including the owner, Jason, yelling at me on the phone and hanging up on me. There has been no effort to take responsibility, and Full Circle has now become defensive and antagonistic. I will never refer to Full Circle Flooring and would encourage potential customers to avoid spending their money there.","neg-1
