Terrible experience
After being a loyal Full Compass customer for over 7 years and have ordered over $200,000 from them I got amazed by their dishonesty. Over a year ago I bought 2 soundcraft dante cards for $2,164.
I then shipped it to my customer which kept the cards unused for about a year until installation.
When installed they noticed they have ordered the wrong version of the cards. I contacted Full Compass to ask the possibility of exchanging the cards, even though it has passed over a year. They said I could send the cards back for exchange, and all I had to do is send the cards back and pay a restock fee of $324.70 to be charged before shipping the new cards. I agreed on the terms, and shipped the new cards back to them. For my surprise, they didn't follow the terms agreed prior sending the cards back and they refunded the whole amount I had paid for the cards over a year ago to my then Amex credit card. Then they contacted me asking me for a payment of $1,839 (the total of $2.164.60
I paid minus $324.70 restock fee). The problem is that I had that AmEx credit card account closed due to a dispute I have with Amex. I told them (Full Compass) that was not what we had agreed on, and if they have refunded the whole amount paid of $2.164 to my AmEx I would not get those funds. They would need to contact AmEx to reverse the refund as I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THAT TRANSACTION. They said they could not do anything about it and if I want the cards I would need to pay $1,864. Now I dont have the old soundcraft dante cards I sent back to them, and I don't have the money paid as well to buy new cards and I lost a very good customer of mine (my customer that got the cards for installation on his mixers). I understand that my dispute AmEx and closed account is my problem, however it has nothing to do with the terms of the
transaction agreed with Full Compass. I just proceeded and sent the cards back to them because of their promise that I would need to pay only the $324 restock fee.
They did not honor the terms of the transaction and without my authorization processed that refund. I have all the emails and messages exchanged with full compass to prove it.

The customer is correct that they received an incorrect shipmentOur vendor incorrectly packed the product at its facility overseasWe shipped it to our customer assuming that the package contained the correct partNow it appears that the vendor has been waiting for more to come into their stock I see in our system that on 12/21/the vendor said they would be shipping out a replacement to usAs soon as we receive it in our warehouse we will ship it to the customer
