On 8/3/Mr [redacted] placed an order on our website for a Peavey guitar amplifierThis is an amplifier which we don't normally keep in stock but offer as a special order for our customersIt is possible that Mr [redacted] thought the amp was in stock at the time he ordered itWe generally expect all of our suppliers to be able to fulfill special orders within weeks of our sending them a purchase order.Mr [redacted] emailed us on 8/asking about a delivery dateWe contacted the manufacturer and they stated that they wouldn't be able to ship the amp until early to mid SeptemberWhen we advised Mr [redacted] of the expected ETA he stated that he wanted to cancel his order and have his money refundedWe cancelled the order and refunded his money on 8/

The customer place an order on our website on the morning of Saturday Nov 24thWe would have started processing his order on Monday Nov 26thThe customer ordered an item that was not in stockThe item has a notice on the website that this item USUALLY SHIPS in 7-daysSee attached screen shot
When we don't have something in stock, 7-days is the time it usually takes for the manufacturer to get it to our warehouse.The product arrived in our warehouse on Dec and shipped out to the customer that same daydays after he placed his order

The customer is correct that they received an incorrect shipment. Our vendor incorrectly packed the product at its facility overseas. We shipped it to our customer assuming that the package contained the correct part. Now it appears that the vendor has been waiting for more to come into their stock....

I see in our system that on 12/21/15 the vendor said they would be shipping out a replacement to us. As soon as we receive it in our warehouse we will ship it to the customer.

We contacted the manufacturer and they stated that they wouldn't be able to ship the amp until early to mid September. When we advised Mr [redacted] of the expected ETA he stated that he wanted to cancel his order and have his money refunded. We cancelled the order and refunded his money on 8/12.

Totally Unacceptable! They charge your Credit Card immediately even though the item is on back-order. Nobody and I mean NO ONE ELSE EVER, from whom I've ordered an item which was out of stock had the temerity to charge the customer for something until it was actually available to sell ... except Full Compass. Stay Away!!!

bad service

Yes...they are a joke, and not even an ounce of "industry std" customer service. I ordered a simple handle for pa speaker, was told at the time it would ship that day....THREE weeks and a few phone calls later I called and asked for their CEO (lol)...that did get their attention and they put someone on I do believe was a mgr/supervisor. He tells me it looks like its NOW ready to ship ??...huh??? and he is in no way appologetic about this. I told him to refund my money immediately... STAY AWAY

Review: Placed my order on 11/12/2015 for small item which showed in stock and ready to ship. Received the wrong part a week later, contacted the company who said they would ship out the new parts were coming from CA to WI and then would ship to me in **. I was told it would take about a week. On 11/25/2015 after not receiving the parts I contacted this company again. Again...I was told the parts were coming from CA to WI and then shipped to me in **. I was also told that the Mfg. in CA would not ship directly to me at this point. Today, 12/16/2015 Again, I contacted this company and at first received the receptionist who listened to my problem and then transferred me to a person who listened to my problem who then transferred me to a general voice mailbox. Very frustrated!Desired Settlement: Just ship the correct part to me ASAP! as you advertised!

I finally found a Sony Authorized Retailer that was not located on the east coast where all the snake oil salesman hang out. So when I saw these guys in Wisconsin, I thought I'd give them a try. I'm glad I did. Well done, [redacted]

I ordered a Schecter Hellraiser Extreme bass from Full Compass. This bass was a restock item because it had a blemish on the neck near the headstock, but for $500 it was a great deal. When the bass arrived and I unwrapped the packaging (which was properly done) I noticed a huge dent on the bottom corner of the bass. It was bad enough to crack the laminate top.
After going back and forth with Customer service, they ultimately said there was nothing they could do themselves, and since I restrung the bass they couldn't file a claim against UPS either (even though the damage was OBVIOUSLY inflicted pre packaging).
I will never use Full Compass again, and it's no wonder why fledgling music companies like this will always take a backseat to reputable companies like Sweetwater or Musicians Friend.

I have been ordering things through Full Compass for close to a decade an I have had nothing but GREAT experiences. The A+ rating is reality with how this place works
