If you can help it, try to pay onlineI was told I would recieve receipts and proof of payment by a certain time, I called early morning and was supposed to receive my information by noonI called at 11:and the receptionist there wanted to argue with me about how it was and not 12:yetShe was very inconsiderate and disrespectfulWhen I got transferred to the agent I was working withShe had no compassion eitherI explained my experience with the receptionist all she said to me well my account is pass due for a while so im sorry if you feel you are being treated unfairI know they are a collection agency but there is still a customer service protocolI felt extremely upsetWhen I finally recieved my receipts to be spiteful they only put my husbands name on the receipt when they know both our names needed to be on itIf I could talk to the owner of this company I would tell him to make sure his/ her staff be courteous you never know what people are going through at the timeAnd at that time I had just lost my father in law a few days beforeThey made a difficult situation way worse for us
