To whom it may concern - On 10/7/- [redacted] order custom football jerseys On 10/19/Mr [redacted] order was shipped complete via FedEx (as noted on his invoice) without any "special" instructions made by Mr [redacted] On 10/22/FedEx proof of delivery states that the package was delivered (attached) as promised Mr [redacted] and I had a conversation on 10/23/where he stated he never received the package, even though FedEx shows package was delivered I did pursue the issue with FedEx, however FedEx only assumed responsibility to a maximum $ I called Mr [redacted] and left a voicemail relaying the information offering to use the $as a credit or would he prefer a refund To date I have not received a response I still stand by that same offer of a $refund or credit.Thank You, [redacted]

Review: We ordered two sets of custom jerseys from Full Gorilla in September. I sent them 2 pairs of pants to use to match the colors for the shirts. When we received the jerseys, 3 out of the 4 colors were wrong. I immediately contacted my sales rep, [redacted], to see about getting the shirts redone in the correct colors. I was told they would replace one, but the other was correct in their opinion. We wanted royal blue, to match the pants I sent up there, and they sent me navy blue and feel there is nothing wrong with the color. They just expect me to accept the 2nd shirt as correct because they do not want to admit they made a mistake on both shirts.Desired Settlement: We made 2 payments of $582.48 for a total of $1164.96. Plus I've spent $80 shipping them pants to match and returning the wrong jerseys to them. I want my original purchase amount of $1164.96 refunded to me.

Below are the copies of emails to and from our sales rep and the custom -

one shows Job Order sent, other shows customers approval. attached are the job orders and pictures of final "custom" product.

We are a "custom" athletic uniform manufacture. Apparel is made to order for each customer and not returnable, as they're made specific for the customer and not something we can just restock.

The customer is unreasonable.....

Based on emails, attached Job Orders, and pictures of final products - We at Full-Gorilla feel we've met our obligation!

Review: On 10/6/15 I contacted Brian with Full Gorilla Apparel to place an order for 20 customized youth football jerseys. We paid $820 for the order and shipping and approved the order on 8/7/15. We received an email on 10/19/15 of the shipping confirmation number [redacted]. The order was never delivered to my home, as stated on the FedEX website on 10/22/15. I contacted [redacted] with Full Gorilla right away who advised he didn't know what to do but would call his FedEX agent and call me back. He never did call me back. I have reached out to FEDEX who advised me [redacted] would need to contact them to open a dispute so that they could refund him and he could replace the product. I advised him of this on him numerous voicemails but never received a call back. I am a volunteer youth football coach, my team is consisted of 20 5 & 6 year olds. These jerseys were to have their last names on the back and our season is now over. I have spent many hours over the course of the last 3 months trying to resolve this issue with [redacted] and Full Gorilla. I would just like resolution from him as he is equally responsible, he could have required a signature at delivery so that the driver could verify the name or something. He is not returning calls and he came recommended by another team in my area. I would like him to take responsibility for this by helping to make it right.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a replacement order, this time without names as some of the kids may not return for the spring season. If he'd prefer to do a replacement order with names that's fine as well. A refund if that would be easier. We raised $820 to place this order and never received the product, so we'd like either the product or our money back!
