Review: Full House Antiques displayed a pair of 'Staffordshire pottery for $10,000 on a site called 1stdbs. I called them in late December, 2013 and asked for their best price. They came down to $7,000 and I told them it was still too expensive. They were told we were not interested and not to call again. [redacted] ([redacted]) called me again, woke me up, and said he would sell it to me for $6,000. I agreed.

He sent me an email stating that I should send the $6,000. I did on December [redacted] for $6,000. He cashed the check on January *, 2014. After not receiving the merchandise within 10 days, I called and had to leave a message as no one picked up despite it being their normal business hours.

I finally contacted 1stdbs and they called and made [redacted] promise he would send it out on Monday, Martin Luther King day, and mail me a tracking number. He never did.

His web site is now down and I have been informed by [redacted] that they are out of business and the once filled to the max store is now empty. They went out of business very shortly after calling me and offering me the pottery for $6,000.00.

[redacted] commmited a calculated fraud. I never received my merchandise and and I lost $6,000.00. I feel certain he opened another business under another name.Desired Settlement: Return of my $6,000.00. It would also be great if he was not allowed to open another business as he is obviously a criminal without any conscience.

Review: I signed a contract with them to sell my item on consignment with them.

The value of the item was arranged around $400, but the true value of the item can be around $1000-$1500 depending on the market and buyer as I've seen similar items go for this price.

The item is an antique gold leaf etched Moser Vase signed by [redacted].

The store closed up mysteriously in one day about 2-3 months ago and the two individuals I trusted have not given me my vase back.

They never called customers and just left a small sign on the front door.

I have called - but the number they gave just gives a random recording.

The email I gave, I originally received responses that they would deliver, but they kept saying they would and never did - week after week.

Now they don't respond by email either.

They must be traceable to some extent.Desired Settlement: I would like my vase back 100% intact the way it was given.

Otherwise I would like a settlement for the insured sell price of the vase.

I gave them a price of $400 so they could make money too, but the value of the vase is significantly higher and I would like to receive that price if I cannot receive my vase back.

I still have pictures of the vase and the original contract.

If none of this is possible, please provide me with the address of the store owners, so I can file a lawsuit.

Review: I am a native New Yorker & spend about 1 wk per month in NYC. In Aug2012 I consigned $10-15,000 worth of vintage&antique items (silver, china, glass, objects, etc) with [redacted], [redacted] of FullHouseAntiques. Consignment prices were subje** to research or not set on some items. I pursued [redacted] to setttle, but he only made personal excuses or did not show up for appts. In March 2013 he told me 4 items had sold, I asked for payment & recovery of unsold items. In April/May/June, I went to store, he again did not show up &/or an asst. said he could not return without [redacted] present. I was in communication with [redacted], but he kept no promise, incl. for payment. In Sept. I went to the store & demanded return, retrieving 15 out of 41 consigned items from an asst. Of the remaining 26 items, I do not know what sold or were taken to another location, possibly ** where he lives, I know that at least one item was sold online at 1stdibs. I have never had an accounting or payment despite the stated terms (net 30 days). In Nov I sent a registered letter of demand, which was left uncollected at USPS.Desired Settlement: Return of unsold items and/or payment in full for items sold, a number of which had no agreed selling price.

[redacted] was ill and had surgery subsequent to July 2013, i.e. after the above issues should have been resolved. His partner, [redacted], told me [redacted] had recovered, but I could only deal with [redacted] who lives in ** with his wife [redacted], an interior designer who also ran an antiques co-op.

I would suggest you conta[redacted] at his home address in **.

Review: Among other things, the business failed to provide itemization for items of mine that were on consignment at their store. Furthermore, I made a personal loan to the [redacted] of the store, completed through a fully executed Note provided by legal counsel, and they failed to make any payments in accordance with the Note. After repeated attempts to contact the [redacted], I stopped by the store only to find that they had closed and all merchandise were removed from their store.Desired Settlement: I would like a full itemization of how my items were sold and a FULL refund on the loan that was made to [redacted].

Review: I had left items on consignment with Full House Antiques to be sold in 2012. Since August 2013, I have been emailing, calling and stopping by the store to arrange to collect my items. The [redacted] was never in and no one ever got back to me. Repeatedly I tried to contact the store and finally received a call from the [redacted] was told he was having [redacted] and would be in touch when he was back on his feet. In mid-January 2014, I noticed the store was cleaned out and out of business. There was a note on the door to email or call a cell number which I have done repeatedly. I received a vmail and when I call back, no one answers. I received an email in the middle of the night on Feb [redacted] that they would be in touch the following week to return my 6 items and I have yet to receive my items that were valued at a few thousand dollars.

I have the original agreement

The email address they are currently using is [redacted]Desired Settlement: Return of my items

• 6 pieces Israeli pottery

• Frank Meisler's NOAH'S ARK

• Russian silverplate samovar (hot water/coffee urn)

• small Russian dish on stand

• carving set

Review: I went into Full House Antiques over 2 years ago and signed a contract where my antiques were up for consignment. The agreement was that whenever they would sell one of my antiques, they would call me and send me the check. I never received a phone call for over 6 to 8 months and when I called they told me they sold one of my items. When I went into the store they gave me the check and there was no problem at all. Another 6 to 8 months go by and I went into the store and told [redacted] I wanted my things back because he never sold anything else. He told me to find what I could in the store and take it back. I went with my contract and only found a few items there. When I said where are the remaining items, he would say they were at a different location. We went back and forth for many months, I was asking for my antiques back or the check for the value of the antiques. Not only would he not pay me but he was also impossible to find. Every time I would go to the store he would be gone or away or just left etc. When I would see him, [redacted] would tell me to come next month. Finally, he said to come on a certain date in which something told me to come one day earlier and when I did I found them with moving vans leaving the store. I spoke to the [redacted] and he told me there is nothing he can do. I took pictures of them moving and I even called [redacted] plenty of times after and he ignores my calls. Today, I found and article about this which intrigued me to write a complaint. [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of what our original agreement was. We agreed on splitting half/half each antique. Since they kept my antiques, I would like to have what was supposed to be given to me which is %50 percent of all my antiques. Thank you
