This is in response to the complaint regarding the regarding the cleaniness of the roomIt was me the undersigned who checked this guest inI don't understand what he meant as rude because we have to tell the guest as to what type of room we have so I gave a description of the roomHe checked in and called the desk with the problem he had with the tubI offered to move him to a similar room next door and he said that's fine will stay in the same roomHe was given off and he said it is fineHe stayed the whole night and came back the next day and wanted the refund which was not acceptable because he was given a choice of moving to a similar roomIf he did not like the room he could have left the same day and could have been refundedHe started arguing and called the corporate office_ The corporate awarded him points which is night free stayAttaching the papers for your perusalHe is just trying to get more by trying to complain to youWe do not find any reason to refund the moneyWe would appreciate if you couldKindly inform him and close the case Thank You, Chandra [redacted] GM

He checked in and called the desk with the problem he had with the tub. I offered to move him to a similar room next door and he said that's fine will stay in the same room. He was given 10.00 off and he said it is fine. He stayed the whole night and came back the next day and wanted the refund which was not acceptable because he was given a choice of moving to a similar room. If he did not like the room he could have left the same day and could have been refunded. He started arguing and called the corporate office_ The corporate awarded him 24000 points which is 2 night free stay. Attaching the papers for your perusal. He is just trying to get more by trying to complain to you. We do not find any reason to refund the money. We would appreciate if you couldKindly inform him and close the case..
