This is a complete bogus complaint.The system allows full refunds if one is not happy and we can't find any record of this client so we conclude this maybe a fraudulent complaint or competitor. No emails were ever received.

Review: I purchased a 5 year subscription to this company 3/*/2013 for 39.95 and haven't been able to use the service because they continue to say that my email address is not valid or in their database. this is untrue because I have my debit card receipt from where I purchased it with my mastercard. and they continue to advertise that they have all the latest movies, but someone else I know purchased a subscription and we searched for hours for the latest movies on their site and none of them could be found. this site need to be investigated by the authorities, because of their false advertisements. they take people hard earned money by deception. I have attempted several times to log on onto this site without any success. please do something about this siteDesired Settlement: I would appreciate if this sorrow company would replace the $39.95 back on my card because the site is bogus, even the company phone number that is listed on [redacted] is bogus. the number on [redacted] is the local information number. I have attempted to send them emails from their site but because they say the email and password is not in their database I haven't been able to contact anyone. I have tried several times since to log in but still with no success.

Review: I paid their one time fees to download and watch movies I wasn't able to do so. So I figured if I upgraded to the premium service that it would help and I still wasn't able to do either. I emailed them as they asked if I wasn't able to watch the movies I paid for and did not receive an return email or a phone call from the company.Desired Settlement: I would like the problem to be fixed or a refund of the charges to my cell phone account and my credit card
