Full Occupancy

I have yet to receive my refund or a call back from anyone at the corporate office

Review: I filled out an application for a property and was told that I was approved on Friday and to bring my deposit in ASAP. Withing 3 hrs I brought in a $300 money order which was filled out to Full Occupancy by the office manager [redacted]. Monday I called to set up a move in date, however I was told to send additional pay check stubs because I may have been over qualified. I called back hours laters and it was confirmed that I was over qualifed. It is already frustrating that I gave to keep calling them instead of them reaching out to keep me updated on my status. Since I was over qualified I started to inquire about my deposit and was told by [redacted], the [redacted] that I could come in and pick my money order up, however I advised her that [redacted] had written on it. [redacted] then advised that [redacted] was out on this Monday and I could receive my refund Tuesday. Tuesday I was then advised by [redacted] that I had to wait until Friday. Friday I was advised thay a check was "cut" but "he" has not signed the check yet. I inquired about speaking with someone in higher management, however I was denied that information and when I persisted I was told by the office manager that she was the highest and I was hung up on by [redacted]. I still have no time frame or ETA as to when I will receive my deposit back.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my deposit back from this company, I am currerntly in the process of looking for an apartment and need to get this money back to put towards another place.
