Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: It is not acceptable to sell vehicles that are like this. I have a neighbor that also purchased a vehicle from them and it was also broken down very shortly after purchasing. Their reputation from almost every person I have talked to that has purchased vehicles from them, is that they have to immediately put money into their vehicles. They are selling lemons.
Sincerely,

August 22, 2017  To whom it may concern Full On Professional Auto Sales is a used car sales dealership located at 2305 n 4th street Coeur D Alene Idaho. The business was started roughly 3 years ago as a trustworthy place to buy a car. It was also to buy a car from a place that was easy...

to deal with and took care of their customers when those times arrived. Every car that is sold on the lot is a used car. We here are Full on Pro do are very best to make sure every car is a nice reliable car that will serve the customer well. Any car that leaves the lot, I cannot control what happens to the vehicle when it leave the lot or what the customer decides to do to it or what they use it for. In the case of [redacted], I did exactly what I could do under my best ability considering the circumstances. The first vehicle she bought from us was a 2002 kia optima with 80,000 miles on it.The car had a valve cover gasket leak which I repaired shortly after her purchase on the vehicle. As we agreed. The car was then brought back to Full On Pro Auto with a problem with the gas tank accepting fuel slowly. The car was and is 100% drivable. It just took longer to fill the tank. Which we again attempted to fix. After multiple times in and out of the shop and a fix didn’t seem near, the agreement was made on a different vehicle. The vehicle she decided on was a 2002 Subaru wrx turbo wagon. The car was a 5 speed awd that throughout the test drive and Full On Pro driving it, no mechanical problems occurred. Roughly two weeks to a month after the Subaru was purchased from Full On Pro Auto Sales. [redacted] brought her car in with a clunking issue that appeared was in the drivetrain. After first look at the car there was an abundance of mud on the outside of the vehicle, the inside of the vehicle, and more importantly where most of it was on the bottom of the car. After scrapping and cleaning, it appeared the cv axle was bad and needed replaced. We contacted her and got an approval for the work. After replacement of the cv axle, the transmission was still making noise. At that time, we suggested the transmission be replaced. From all of the mud and dirt that was packed in the underbody of the car, I would say that the car past the extent of normal wear and tear. I have supplied pictures of the car in the condition it was in when it was at Full On Pro Autos shop. The customer said that the car was driven in a construction zone that was muddy. Which is where the mud came from. I cannot say where the mud and dirt came from but I can say that it was more than I would say is normal. Even though Full On Pro Auto felt that the damage was not from normal use of the vehicle, we still tried to help. We offered if the transmission was paid for, Full On Pro would install the transmission with no labor or additional cost to the customer as long as the transmission was paid for. This was the best we could do at the time to help her out. Saving her roughly $500 in labor because of the situation. Full on pro is not in any way required to pay for any auto repair work but instead we stepped forward and did what we could to help the customer out. It was made clear by many of the staff members to [redacted] that no payment arrangement would be acceptable several times on the phone and in person with her. I do not do payment arrangements because the customer has no obligation to pay for the repair once it leaves the shop. As a business I have had this happen before and I cannot continue to help others if I have situations like that arise. I have spoken to my technician about what was said about the transmission being bad or having issues when he traded it in. There was no issue with the transmission on the car that he spoke of or said he spoke of to anyone. Full On Pro Auto sales wants to make sure everyone that leaves this place of business, leaves with one of two things. The first being of course a reliable car that they won’t have issues or problems with in the future. The second is being treated like they are more than a customer. Unfortunately, every car on the lot is a used car. With that being said, we do are absolute best to take the correct steps to supply are customers with a vehicle that is exactly what they want and need. I do not sell vehicles with problems because that is simply not how we do business and not the kind of reputation we want for our business. We take great pride in every individual that walks in the door, the best way we can.Thank you for taking the time to read this letter and consider the situations that have occurred. We hope that you can see where the staff and the business is coming from and make the appropriate decision with these facts and information. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us and we will do everything we can do help. re...
