Review: This company gave me 30cents on the pound for copper recyclables the going rate is 1$ up to 150$ per pound. That part I guess I should have caught so what can I do nothing but the part that really gets me is that was 3 1/2 weeks ago they said a check would be at my house in 3 days I got nothing. And when I call all I get is a rude person that does not understand customer service and basically yells and talks over me on the phone. Obviously I'm never coming back to this business but I still don't have my money?Desired Settlement: I want my money even if it's a small amount (35$) it's still money and it's mine or I would like my recyclables back so I can take them to an honest reputable recycling center.
